In this thread I try to keep up with the chronology on Heroes. It's apparent that we have some inconsistencies, some of them as big as one day difference. I try to make up for that by "inventing" my own timeline in the places where it does not fit.
Please excuse that this is pretty sketchy and probably hard to read as it is. This is taken from my notes I made to keep up with what is going on. It won't get marks for style.

inconsistencies
I will list them as they happen, regardless of whether or not they have been explained later in the show. I will add that explanation in red print. If we/I make up something to keep the timeline straight in consequence, I will also add it in red print.
ep 1 aka pilot - Ando is watching (and chatting with?) Niki some time after Hiro's clock shows us it's 1:47pm local time...since Vegas is 16 hours earlier this means that it's some time around 10pm or later and we know that Niki is either passed out or digging (depending on whether you want to take my artificial splitting of this day in two or if you think it's crap)
possible ways around this:

ii) Hiro's clock is showing the wrong time, which is probably unlikely, but if it was earlier than shown it would set back the action as far as when we first meet Niki<!--colorc--><!--/colorc-->

ep 3 - Niki and Micah arrive at the casino on 10/2 (it should be, due to logic) at what should be around afternoon (at best), but she walks past Hiro who arrives on 10/4 (!), which is impossible, plus it would be night, not afternoon when Hiro is there <!--coloro:#FF0000--><!--/coloro-->made up for by putting down one day for every episode (probably not the way it was intended)<!--colorc--><!--/colorc-->
ep 4 - Niki and Nathan meet although it's 10/3 for her and 10/4 for him according to what we've seen...this leads to the conclusion that there is one day missing from Niki's timeline, which sets it all right again, but makes no sense...<!--coloro:#FF0000--><!--/coloro-->made up for by putting down one day for every episode (probably not the way it was intended)<!--colorc--><!--/colorc-->
ep 5 - Claire being a whole night in the hospital for nothing just makes no sense that I could see...maybe that was the same night?...not sure, but maybe HRG with Nathan is after HRG with Claire in the hospital and back again...or else she would have been in the hospital while he doesn't care looking for her? I'm losing track by now...the many white flashes at the beginning of this episode suggest time jumps rather than just cuts, so it may be crazy like that...

ep 5 - we have to assume that Peter visits Isaac the other day/evening, because else Hiro would be calling into the past...it is possible, although I almost think that's now how it was meant to be, since he's still in the same clothes, which of course is not impossible, but he wouldn't have done anything between the beginning of the episode and later...which is entirely possible, though

ep 6 - Eden calls HRG...it could be 10/6 (if it's still one day each episode), but it could be later as time may have passed between the accident and this episode (unlikely, because it complicates timeline matters)...Eden calls right after Mohinder leaves (at least that's what it looks like, right?)...Mohinder was on the train on 10/4...it can't be either 10/4 or 10/5 when he returns because HRG must be on at least 10/6 (because of Claire being in the hospital on 10/5 and it's the next day when Eden calls)...it sounds like Mohinder hasn't seen Eden in between, but she doesn't always have to be around and maybe he just came back from driving a cab and NOT back from the train...because the latter doesn't make any sense whichever way you put it...
fact 1: it must be at least 10/6 when Eden calls HRG
fact 2: it could be 10/4 or morning of 10/5 when Mohinder returns, but it's unlikely that - once again that argument is useful - Eden is wearing the same outfit 1 or 2 days later and only calling just then, not right after Mohinder left...I very much doubt it

ep 7 - this episode is the most puzzling in terms of pinpointing timeline...there could be inconsistencies, but since I can't even tell when most of it takes place, it's hard to say for sure and let's say there aren't any
My guess for Oct 1-4 inconsistencies regarding Niki: the writers for episode 2 didn't realise that Niki is still on 10/1, because nobody else is and so it got messed up. Because, without this inconsistency, everything else (almost) makes sense (Niki/Hiro and Niki/Nathan inconsistencies are gone). I have no better explanation. Do you?
That's why I will just break passing out of Niki A and waking up to the next day, for the time being.
After the first 5 episodes I think it is becoming painfully obvious that they just can't deal with plotlines that don't go from the beginning of the ep to the end, but wrap up from one to the other, still on the same day. It sure looks like they mess this up a lot and that could be because of writers not coordinating with each other, nobody supervising the scripts, I don't know. It's just apparent for those two cases - Niki in the first couple episodes and Peter from ep 4 to ep 5 which by all means of logic should be the same day - that they produce these huge inconsistencies.

Peter: in the morning at Simone's, then he is with Nathan, in the cab during eclipse, at Isaac's when he OD's, seeing himself flying/falling
Nathan: campagin office the whole day, rescues Peter in the evening
Isaac: with Simone in the afternoon, ODs in the evening

in the morning with Peter, then at Isaac's while he's destroying paintings, she's driven away, together with Peter when Isaac ODs

Nathan: at the office when Peter arrives to show him the book by Suresh, in the evening at speech, announcing Peter's suicide attempt, getting beaten by Peter

Mohinder: attempts to warn Nathan but he won't hear it, back at home another temper tantrum, wants to leave for Madras, but Peter is on the door, they talk, Mohinder is skeptic, but Eden convinces him to hear him out, Peter and Mohinder take the subway to Isaac, but he can't hear them while in trance, they leave, time stops and Mohinder is frozen(while Hiro gives Peter a message), when he comes back Peter is seemingly nutting out, Mohinder is fed up and leaves
Peter: wakes up next to Simone, Nathan rings, they argue, Simone leaves, Peter walks over to Mohinder's and they have a talk, he convinces him to take the subway to Isaac with him, they arrive but Isaac is in trance while painting more of the future, so they leave again on the subway, then time stops, Hiro shows up and gives Peter a message, time continues and Peter is raving about what happened (but Mohinder doesn't believe one word and leaves)
Nathan: on his way to Peter when Mohinder shows up to warn him but he sends him away, confronts Peter about Suresh and tries to send him away but Peter closes the door on him, arrives at Vegas in the evening, meets Niki, they talk, she spends the evening with him as intructed, they talk, she leaves, Niki B comes back for business, later he is taken by HRG and MBG
Isaac: in the morning sitting on table and thinking about Simone, they fight about Peter and his drug problem, Simone leaves (what else?), trance-painting in the evening (Mohinder and Peter waiting outside)
Simone: wakes up next to Peter, Nathan shows up, she tells Peter she isn't sure about them and leaves, goes to Isaac, they fight as usual and she leaves
Claire: fished out of the river at about 4am, wakes up in the morgue with open chest, closes chest and sneaks out, back home for breakfast, talk with HRG, school, facing Brody who freaks out and leaves for the bathroom, cheerleading practice (again), talk with Lori who tells her about Brody, sitting on stairs waiting for Brody, driving in his car, crashing the car into a wall, (taken to hospital)<!--coloro:#000099--><!--/coloro-->

Niki: some time in the day at Texas Tina's, they talk, leaves for casino in the evening, meets Nathan, they talk, go to his room as intructed, talk some more, she leaves(not as instructed) for the elevator (10:30pm on security cam) with thug inside who threatens her, Niki B shows up and beats the thug down threatening to do worse if they don't leave Niki and Micah alone, Niki B walks back to Nathan and they spend the night while HRG and MBG are watching
Hiro: back at work, convinces Ando to come with him to save a girl, calls Isaac who hangs up on him, saves the girl (after Ando causes the need to), later they take a plane to the US, rent a Nissan versa, driving to Vegas, arriving there in the night of 10/4 local time, they play roulette and poker all day and night long, Hiro cheats, the high rollers notice and beat them up (now they take a nap)
Matt:
HRG: talk with Claire in the morning (about to take another flight, which is Vegas as we will soon learn...or else he stopped somewhere else before that, maybe Matt?), Vegas in the evening, taking Nathan with the help of MBG

Peter: goes back to Isaac (must be this day or Hiro's calling into the past) to finish his painting for him and taking Hiro's call, delivers the message "save the cheerleader, save the world" to Hiro, points out to Isaac that a painting is missing for completing the "panel", when Isaac tells him that Simone took it to sell it Peter is off to Simone (I guess he'll have to get a night's rest first, though)
Nathan: abducted by HRG and MBG in the night, takes off flying in the morning after HRG pulls a gun on him (?), he lands at the diner and meets Hiro, they talk and he takes Hiro back with him, then he meets Niki and they talk about what happened, she tells him he will be blackmailed like she was, which happens, but he blackmails back, smiling
Isaac: watches Peter finishing his painting (must be this day or Hiro's calling into the past) and taking Hiro's call, listens in when Peter delivers the message "save the cheerleader, save the world", when Peter points out that a panel is missing he finds out that Simone has probably taken it to sell it
Simone: (nothing so far)
Claire: in the hospital in the morning after they have taken test on her (supposedly), talking to HRG, then talking to Brody who doesn't recognise her after his mindcleansing, in the evening she burns her hands while baking muffins, HRG tells her that her biological parents are willing to pay her a visit the next day and she agrees to face them (damn, they forgot about that accident the other night fast, didn't they?)
Niki: wakes up in the hotel bed with no Nathan but an angry campaign manager, later she meets Nathan and she tells him he will be blackmailed like they did with her, back at Niki's place (where Tina watched over Micah) with lots of cops because DL is around, then Ando shows up and Niki tells him to get back home because she's not what he thinks she is, in the evening we see that DL has managed to get past the cops and is inside Niki's house, later that night Niki wakes up checking on the police outside when DL appears behind her, they talk about him being framed by an unknown woman and she covers up for him when an officer walks over to check on Niki, she agrees for DL to stay the night if he sleeps on the couch, she goes to bed alone but changes her mind and tells DL to join her, they spend the night (which makes it 2 consecutive nights for Niki to have sex with two different supers, by the way)
Hiro: (morning) the high rollers put them in the van, drive out to the desert and kick them out of the van, they walk to a diner, enter and fight, Ando leaves, Nathan arrives flying, Hiro and Nathan talk, Nathan gives him a lift, (noon) Hiro goes back to the Nissan Versa, but doesn't know how to drive, he waits for Ando who arrives later after he has taken a short trip to Niki and back, Ando says they should call Isaac again which they do (evening or probably around midnight in Vegas, which is later in NYC and that only works if Peter waited a day to visit Isaac...in the same clothes, btw, but I did that before http://www.9thwonders.com/boards/style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif), they get the message "save the cheerleader, save the world", afterwards Hiro has gained confidence because he was told that he will come out of the future and deliver the message to Peter and he (Hiro) has a sword and Hiro thinks that's just cool, when Ando moves out of the parking space he almost crashes with the highrollers, they once again take Hiro and Ando (why did they let them go, anyway?) to a poker game, Hiro is supposed to help them take the money but he once again cheats more in favor of Ando, Hiro knocks over a cart with stuff on it (cleaning or something), Ando attempts to help him put the stuff back in and while under the table notices a gun on a silver suitcase, he panics and pretends they have to go to the bathroom together, while in there they hear someone causing mayhem in the poker room and gunshots, then blood dripping out of the smashed bathroom door, Ando gets creeped out good by this and they leave through the bathroom window

HRG: trying to escort Nathan, but he manages to run away (followed by flying away), after he's at the hospital learning about Brody, he confronts him and orders MBG to "clean him out", in the evening/night (or in the morning of the next day?) he tells Claire that he contacted her biological parents and that they would be willing to come over the next day, but she doesn't have to see them if she doesn't want to (but she does, of course)
DL: late in the evening he phases into Niki's place and convinces her that he was innocent and framed by an unknown woman, first Niki tells him to sleep on the couch but soon after she has gone to bed she comes back and tells him to join her, they spend the night

Eden[her actions separate from Mohinder's right here]: by a nice move from her side, Mohinder and her make out before he leaves for Madras, later that day she's standing in front of the map putting a string on it and calls HRG to tell him about Mohinder's exit and about Peter, Hiro and Isaac, she is told to bring Isaac in and tells HRG that the heroes are talking about saving some "cheerleader", soon after she is at Isaac's place pretending to be interested in his art

Simone:
Claire: she tells Zach that her biological parents will come over today and how she thinks HRG can't handle the truth about her because he is a "simple guy", in the afternoon the "bio-parents" - as Claire will later call them - arrive and it's very awkward, Claire tries to poke them for their medical history but they just confess to "normal" diseases, when the bio-parents are gone Claire and her mom talk and she learns that she had some kind of disease when she was born and that HRG has tried to find her parents multiple times but never succeeded until now...
Niki: wakes up and watches Niki B next to DL after he revealed that she left the bed in the middle of the night,she's serving breakfast and coffee for DL and giving DL and Micah some alone time, afterwards she and DL talk about the framing and she agrees to accompany DL back to the money launderer (we see him in the comic), which turns out to be the poker room that Hiro and Ando were at the other night, the whole room is scattered with body parts, DL and Niki leave, Niki recognised the MO of the killing and tells DL about a similar incident at the garage and that she thinks she is responsible for all this, but DL doesn't believe it, soon after Niki B takes over to bring Micah his bag, Niki A wonders how he got it and Micah tells her that she gave it to him just two minutes ago, Niki freaks out right in front of her mirrored cabinet when Niki B pops out and tells her everything she/they have done the past 6 months, how she/they framed DL and killed his crew and all that and that she (Niki A) has to take Micah and the money and make a run for it before DL finds out and takes Micah from her/them, that's enough to convince Niki and she goes to get the money and drop it in the kitchen right when DL is behind her and the superfight between DL and Niki B ensues which DL wins by phasing through her chest to grab her throat or something, leaving Niki B (and/or A? confusing) on the floor, while Micah watched the whole thing, <!--coloro:#009900--><!--/coloro-->wakes up on the floor of her/their (hey, that was NOT meant to be a Jessica reference) bedroom, instantly panicking and looking for Micah who is no longer around, Tina arrives and Niki tells her everything she needs to know and then some, Niki wants Jessica to come out and help her to get back Micah, but she won't, until Niki just smashes a mirror and there she is, Tina busts in asking what's up but gets told to take her leave by Jessica, Tina complies sufficiently freaked out, in the evening/night Micah calls (from an out-of-order phone no less) to eventually tell Jessica where they are (or maybe not)<!--colorc--><!--/colorc-->
Hiro: (morning) Hiro has lost all his confidence and thinks he's a failure, Ando cheers him up by telling him that being a hero is a journey you can't start at the end, Hiro agrees and gets it together, <!--coloro:#009900--><!--/coloro-->later on a road in Vegas Hiro saves DL from the car explosion somwhere on a dusty road in Vegas (it's fate, people!), shows the comic to Micah and watches DL and Micah get away before the cops arrive at the scene<!--colorc--><!--/colorc-->

HRG: sitting next to Claire while she "talks" to the biological parents, after a while he (and dog-loving mommy) leave, but he remains close to eavesdrop on the conversation, naturally the cell phone goes off and he is discovered (if the bio-parents weren't in-the-know, that is), Eden is at the other end and telling HRG about Mohinder leaving for Madras and about Peter, Hiro and Isaac, HRG tells her to bring in Isaac after he learns that the heroes are gathering to "save the cheerleader, save the world", HRG is apparently shocked by this news, when the bio-parents leave we find out that they are fake and were hired by or working with HRG
DL: wakes up next to Niki A (and Niki http://www.9thwonders.com/boards/style_emoticons/default/cool.gif and tells Niki that he heard her getting up in the middle of the night, for breakfast reunites with Micah who shows off his comics, among others a 9th Wonders comic which leads DL to drop an Uluru reference, he tells Micah about his secret, afterwards he convinces Niki to go to the money launderer guy, when they arrive the door is locked but DL phases his hands through the door and unlocks it (not seen), inside there are body parts all over and DL thinks they should leave ASAP, back home Niki tells him about the garage and how the poker room killing looked similar and that she thinks she is responsible for all this, but DL doesn't believe her and thinks she was framed by the same people who framed him (that's kinda true, isn't it?), while the Nikis are busy in the next room Micah tells his father that mother got a secret too, some time later DL shows up behind her back when she is just dropping his money from the trapdoor above down in the bedroom, she tries to explain but DL doesn't want to hear it, then it's Niki B vs. DL for a few minutes until DL grabs Niki B by the throat via the inside of her chest, he takes Micah and leaves, <!--coloro:#009900--><!--/coloro-->[now DL has Micah attached for some time] takes some bi-tching by Micah that "Heroes don't run away. Bad guys do." and sure enough DL gets an opportunity to prove his son wrong when there are burning car wrecks in front of him on the road, with his phasing power he manages to get the woman out of the car, but without Hiro they would both have exploded in the upcoming explosion, after a short moment to recover DL and Micah once again take off right when the police arrives, in the evening/night he catches Micah presumably fooling around with an out-of-order phone, unaware of his son's proud little techno abilities, before DL shows up Micah has put a call through to Niki, no, Jessica, like he totally notices (because Jessica is pretty much non-plussed about Micah being gone, like he was out with kids and home by dinner or something...) and told her where they are staying (oh, you didn't, Micah! right?!)<!--colorc--><!--/colorc-->

Peter: <!--coloro:#009900--><!--/coloro-->has a dream in the morning in which he shows Simone's dad that he can fly, then the doorbell rings, he wakes up and Simone says that her father passed away an hour ago, they go back to Isaac's place because Simone wants to tell Isaac what happened, but he's gone (including the paintings), Simone shows Peter the drawing he made of her father for his 70th birthday, then she talks and talks and finally she says that she sold the painting they were looking for to Linderman of all people, later at the Petrelli brunch, his brother wants him to leave but Peter just doesn't listen, when Dennison brings up the affair with Niki, Peter backs him up and makes up a story about that woman being a doctor of a private mental clinic he was checked in (glad that Dennison doesn't want to have any names, huh?) and Nathan plays along, in the evening Nathan pays a visit to Peter's place to tell him about Linderman not wanting to let go of the painting, not before Peter gets pissy at him for the affair and tells him to confess to Heidi, when Nathan tells him about HRG and MBG Peter doesn't believe him

whatever day: <!--coloro:#009900--><!--/coloro-->he thinks that his wife and him have been so honest to each other lately, but he needs to tell her about his mindreading skills (it's to be assumed at least) right then when she is thinking he sounds like he figured out what she has been hiding from him, later enter his 3-year patrol partner and buddy Tommy (you will like him!) who invites him for a beer and a Dodgers game at 7pm, Audrey pops in telling Matt they need him because Sylar struck again, we enter CSI-mode and Audrey rattles down some exposition about Robert Fresco, the oncologist, who got burnt to a crisp by high radiation, presumably by Sylar, who doesn't seem to have an MO and yet Audrey doesn't doubt it's him, they got a fingerprint,it gets analysed and it matches to one Theodore Sprague, they go check it out and find a highly radiated home, which they stay inside longer than your local radiation expert would recommend, Matt doesn't think it was Sylar and it turns out he was right, because Ted Sprague is just a guy who is in the process of losing his wife to cancer which send him over the edge enough to accidentally radiate a bit too much on the oncologist Fresco, when confronted by Matt and Audrey, Ted takes the nurse hostage and burns her arm a bit, while Matt is talking him out of holding her by telling him exactly what his wife is thinking at the moment, Audrey tells us that Ted will be kept in a special FBI holding tank (?) downtown (uh-huh), she asks about Matt's wife and why he keeps dodging her call all day, Matt decides to give her a call and tell her that he feels uneasy, like she's hiding something from him and he doesn't want anything unsaid, while receiving mugshots Ted reveals some markings on his neck and back with the usual gang Matt has the same exact markings, Tommy tells Matt that Audrey put a good word in for him and he will pass the tests, Tommy's thoughts reveal that he shares Matt's wife part-time which Matt doesn't like and clocks his buddy one right on the nose, Matt is pulled away from Tommy and everyone is wondering where that was coming from<!--colorc--><!--/colorc--><!--coloro:#000099--><!--/coloro-->

In this thread I try to keep up with the chronology on Heroes. It's apparent that we have some inconsistencies, some of them as big as one day difference. I try to make up for that by "inventing" my own timeline in the places where it does not fit.
Please excuse that this is pretty sketchy and probably hard to read as it is. This is taken from my notes I made to keep up with what is going on. It won't get marks for style.

ep 1 aka pilot - Ando is watching (and chatting with?) Niki some time after Hiro's clock shows us it's 1:47pm local time...since Vegas is 16 hours earlier this means that it's some time around 10pm or later and we know that Niki is either passed out or digging (depending on whether you want to take my artificial splitting of this day in two or if you think it's crap)
possible ways around this:

I'm losing track by now...the many white flashes at the beginning of this episode suggest time jumps rather than just cuts, so it may be crazy like that...

ep 6 - Eden calls HRG...it could be 10/6 (if it's still one day each episode), but it could be later as time may have passed between the accident and this episode (unlikely, because it complicates timeline matters)...Eden calls right after Mohinder leaves (at least that's what it looks like, right?)...Mohinder was on the train on 10/4...it can't be either 10/4 or 10/5 when he returns because HRG must be on at least 10/6 (because of Claire being in the hospital on 10/5 and it's the next day when Eden calls)...it sounds like Mohinder hasn't seen Eden in between, but she doesn't always have to be around and maybe he just came back from driving a cab and NOT back from the train...because the latter doesn't make any sense whichever way you put it...
fact 1: it must be at least 10/6 when Eden calls HRG
fact 2: it could be 10/4 or morning of 10/5 when Mohinder returns, but it's unlikely that - once again that argument is useful - Eden is wearing the same outfit 1 or 2 days later and only calling just then, not right after Mohinder left...I very much doubt it

ep 7 - this episode is the most puzzling in terms of pinpointing timeline...there could be inconsistencies, but since I can't even tell when most of it takes place, it's hard to say for sure and let's say there aren't any
My guess for Oct 1-4 inconsistencies regarding Niki: the writers for episode 2 didn't realise that Niki is still on 10/1, because nobody else is and so it got messed up. Because, without this inconsistency, everything else (almost) makes sense (Niki/Hiro and Niki/Nathan inconsistencies are gone). I have no better explanation. Do you?
That's why I will just break passing out of Niki A and waking up to the next day, for the time being.
After the first 5 episodes I think it is becoming painfully obvious that they just can't deal with plotlines that don't go from the beginning of the ep to the end, but wrap up from one to the other, still on the same day. It sure looks like they mess this up a lot and that could be because of writers not coordinating with each other, nobody supervising the scripts, I don't know. It's just apparent for those two cases - Niki in the first couple episodes and Peter from ep 4 to ep 5 which by all means of logic should be the same day - that they produce these huge inconsistencies.

Niki: wakes up in the hotel bed with no Nathan but an angry campaign manager, later she meets Nathan and she tells him he will be blackmailed like they did with her, back at Niki's place (where Tina watched over Micah) with lots of cops because DL is around, then Ando shows up and Niki tells him to get back home because she's not what he thinks she is, in the evening we see that DL has managed to get past the cops and is inside Niki's house, later that night Niki wakes up checking on the police outside when DL appears behind her, they talk about him being framed by an unknown woman and she covers up for him when an officer walks over to check on Niki, she agrees for DL to stay the night if he sleeps on the couch, she goes to bed alone but changes her mind and tells DL to join her, they spend the night (which makes it 2 consecutive nights for Niki to have sex with two different supers, by the way)
Hiro: (morning) the high rollers put them in the van, drive out to the desert and kick them out of the van, they walk to a diner, enter and fight, Ando leaves, Nathan arrives flying, Hiro and Nathan talk, Nathan gives him a lift, (noon) Hiro goes back to the Nissan Versa, but doesn't know how to drive, he waits for Ando who arrives later after he has taken a short trip to Niki and back, Ando says they should call Isaac again which they do (evening or probably around midnight in Vegas, which is later in NYC and that only works if Peter waited a day to visit Isaac...in the same clothes, btw, but I did that before http://www.9thwonders.com/boards/style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif), they get the message "save the cheerleader, save the world", afterwards Hiro has gained confidence because he was told that he will come out of the future and deliver the message to Peter and he (Hiro) has a sword and Hiro thinks that's just cool, when Ando moves out of the parking space he almost crashes with the highrollers, they once again take Hiro and Ando (why did they let them go, anyway?) to a poker game, Hiro is supposed to help them take the money but he once again cheats more in favor of Ando, Hiro knocks over a cart with stuff on it (cleaning or something), Ando attempts to help him put the stuff back in and while under the table notices a gun on a silver suitcase, he panics and pretends they have to go to the bathroom together, while in there they hear someone causing mayhem in the poker room and gunshots, then blood dripping out of the smashed bathroom door, Ando gets creeped out good by this and they leave through the bathroom window

Niki: wakes up and watches Niki B next to DL after he revealed that she left the bed in the middle of the night,she's serving breakfast and coffee for DL and giving DL and Micah some alone time, afterwards she and DL talk about the framing and she agrees to accompany DL back to the money launderer (we see him in the comic), which turns out to be the poker room that Hiro and Ando were at the other night, the whole room is scattered with body parts, DL and Niki leave, Niki recognised the MO of the killing and tells DL about a similar incident at the garage and that she thinks she is responsible for all this, but DL doesn't believe it, soon after Niki B takes over to bring Micah his bag, Niki A wonders how he got it and Micah tells her that she gave it to him just two minutes ago, Niki freaks out right in front of her mirrored cabinet when Niki B pops out and tells her everything she/they have done the past 6 months, how she/they framed DL and killed his crew and all that and that she (Niki A) has to take Micah and the money and make a run for it before DL finds out and takes Micah from her/them, that's enough to convince Niki and she goes to get the money and drop it in the kitchen right when DL is behind her and the superfight between DL and Niki B ensues which DL wins by phasing through her chest to grab her throat or something, leaving Niki B (and/or A? confusing) on the floor, while Micah watched the whole thing, <!--coloro:#009900--><!--/coloro-->wakes up on the floor of her/their (hey, that was NOT meant to be a Jessica reference) bedroom, instantly panicking and looking for Micah who is no longer around, Tina arrives and Niki tells her everything she needs to know and then some, Niki wants Jessica to come out and help her to get back Micah, but she won't, until Niki just smashes a mirror and there she is, Tina busts in asking what's up but gets told to take her leave by Jessica, Tina complies sufficiently freaked out, in the evening/night Micah calls (from an out-of-order phone no less) to eventually tell Jessica where they are (or maybe not)<!--colorc--><!--/colorc-->
Hiro: (morning) Hiro has lost all his confidence and thinks he's a failure, Ando cheers him up by telling him that being a hero is a journey you can't start at the end, Hiro agrees and gets it together, <!--coloro:#009900--><!--/coloro-->later on a road in Vegas Hiro saves DL from the car explosion somwhere on a dusty road in Vegas (it's fate, people!), shows the comic to Micah and watches DL and Micah get away before the cops arrive at the scene<!--colorc--><!--/colorc-->

HRG: sitting next to Claire while she "talks" to the biological parents, after a while he (and dog-loving mommy) leave, but he remains close to eavesdrop on the conversation, naturally the cell phone goes off and he is discovered (if the bio-parents weren't in-the-know, that is), Eden is at the other end and telling HRG about Mohinder leaving for Madras and about Peter, Hiro and Isaac, HRG tells her to bring in Isaac after he learns that the heroes are gathering to "save the cheerleader, save the world", HRG is apparently shocked by this news, when the bio-parents leave we find out that they are fake and were hired by or working with HRG
DL: wakes up next to Niki A (and Niki http://www.9thwonders.com/boards/style_emoticons/default/cool.gif and tells Niki that he heard her getting up in the middle of the night, for breakfast reunites with Micah who shows off his comics, among others a 9th Wonders comic which leads DL to drop an Uluru reference, he tells Micah about his secret, afterwards he convinces Niki to go to the money launderer guy, when they arrive the door is locked but DL phases his hands through the door and unlocks it (not seen), inside there are body parts all over and DL thinks they should leave ASAP, back home Niki tells him about the garage and how the poker room killing looked similar and that she thinks she is responsible for all this, but DL doesn't believe her and thinks she was framed by the same people who framed him (that's kinda true, isn't it?), while the Nikis are busy in the next room Micah tells his father that mother got a secret too, some time later DL shows up behind her back when she is just dropping his money from the trapdoor above down in the bedroom, she tries to explain but DL doesn't want to hear it, then it's Niki B vs. DL for a few minutes until DL grabs Niki B by the throat via the inside of her chest, he takes Micah and leaves, <!--coloro:#009900--><!--/coloro-->[now DL has Micah attached for some time] takes some bi-tching by Micah that "Heroes don't run away. Bad guys do." and sure enough DL gets an opportunity to prove his son wrong when there are burning car wrecks in front of him on the road, with his phasing power he manages to get the woman out of the car, but without Hiro they would both have exploded in the upcoming explosion, after a short moment to recover DL and Micah once again take off right when the police arrives, in the evening/night he catches Micah presumably fooling around with an out-of-order phone, unaware of his son's proud little techno abilities, before DL shows up Micah has put a call through to Niki, no, Jessica, like he totally notices (because Jessica is pretty much non-plussed about Micah being gone, like he was out with kids and home by dinner or something...) and told her where they are staying (oh, you didn't, Micah! right?!)<!--colorc--><!--/colorc-->

Peter: <!--coloro:#009900--><!--/coloro-->has a dream in the morning in which he shows Simone's dad that he can fly, then the doorbell rings, he wakes up and Simone says that her father passed away an hour ago, they go back to Isaac's place because Simone wants to tell Isaac what happened, but he's gone (including the paintings), Simone shows Peter the drawing he made of her father for his 70th birthday, then she talks and talks and finally she says that she sold the painting they were looking for to Linderman of all people, later at the Petrelli brunch, his brother wants him to leave but Peter just doesn't listen, when Dennison brings up the affair with Niki, Peter backs him up and makes up a story about that woman being a doctor of a private mental clinic he was checked in (glad that Dennison doesn't want to have any names, huh?) and Nathan plays along, in the evening Nathan pays a visit to Peter's place to tell him about Linderman not wanting to let go of the painting, not before Peter gets pissy at him for the affair and tells him to confess to Heidi, when Nathan tells him about HRG and MBG Peter doesn't believe him

Claire: <!--coloro:#009900--><!--/coloro-->Zach doorbells (I know it's not really a word) because the missing tape resurfaced under his bed, apparently her fathers plane is late again and mommy will have another big day with her Pomeranian (who Zach just greeted "hello...dog!"...heeh), so it's just Claire, Zach and Lyle, the tape is conveniently placed on the table and Lyle got his eyes on it, later Lyle is busy freaking out over the video when Claire enters and tries to turn it off, but Lyle staples her and witnesses regeneration in action, which sends him off for a comical session of playing tag (complete with goofy music and a funny dive by Claire), ending with Lyle locking himself up in the family car, he calls her a freak, Zach threatens to anal probe him and by the way "Youtube is for free, you idiot!", finally he gives in to Claire's puppy eyes and moving speech and hands over the tape<!--colorc--><!--/colorc-->

1st day: finds Molly, gets arrested by Audrey, interrogation, guy at the FBI shows up, Matt shoots him, guy takes off, Matt goes back home to his wife, they fight, he leaves for the bar, passes out (taken by HRG and MBG), wakes up to the two testing hime
2nd day: Matt is still strapped
3rd day: Matt is back home (his wife says he was gone for a whole day, not just the night he was taken), impresses his wife with his powers, talks thug out of robbery, passes out from mind-reading overload
whatever day: <!--coloro:#009900--><!--/coloro-->he thinks that his wife and him have been so honest to each other lately, but he needs to tell her about his mindreading skills (it's to be assumed at least) right then when she is thinking he sounds like he figured out what she has been hiding from him, later enter his 3-year patrol partner and buddy Tommy (you will like him!) who invites him for a beer and a Dodgers game at 7pm, Audrey pops in telling Matt they need him because Sylar struck again, we enter CSI-mode and Audrey rattles down some exposition about Robert Fresco, the oncologist, who got burnt to a crisp by high radiation, presumably by Sylar, who doesn't seem to have an MO and yet Audrey doesn't doubt it's him, they got a fingerprint,it gets analysed and it matches to one Theodore Sprague, they go check it out and find a highly radiated home, which they stay inside longer than your local radiation expert would recommend, Matt doesn't think it was Sylar and it turns out he was right, because Ted Sprague is just a guy who is in the process of losing his wife to cancer which send him over the edge enough to accidentally radiate a bit too much on the oncologist Fresco, when confronted by Matt and Audrey, Ted takes the nurse hostage and burns her arm a bit, while Matt is talking him out of holding her by telling him exactly what his wife is thinking at the moment, Audrey tells us that Ted will be kept in a special FBI holding tank (?) downtown (uh-huh), she asks about Matt's wife and why he keeps dodging her call all day, Matt decides to give her a call and tell her that he feels uneasy, like she's hiding something from him and he doesn't want anything unsaid, while receiving mugshots Ted reveals some markings on his neck and back with the usual gang Matt has the same exact markings, Tommy tells Matt that Audrey put a good word in for him and he will pass the tests, Tommy's thoughts reveal that he shares Matt's wife part-time which Matt doesn't like and clocks his buddy one right on the nose, Matt is pulled away from Tommy and everyone is wondering where that was coming from<!--colorc--><!--/colorc--><!--coloro:#000099--><!--/coloro-->
