A Brooke servono soldi per pagare l'assicurazione dalle sua auto e accetta di lavorare in un ristorante come ragazza immagine. Tutto sembra andare a gonfie vele sino a quando capisce non solo che il lavoro è imbarazzante, ma anche che è scarsamente retribuito e che il capo è insopportabile. Taylor scopre che Haley ha baciato Chris e promette di non dire niente a Nathan a patto che possa restare a vivere da loro. Lucas continua a rifiutarsi di fare il test per l' HCM e Karen decide di comportarsi di conseguenza.
