Grey’s Anatomy star Eric Dane, aka Dr. Mark ‘McStreamy’ Sloane, enjoys his flash with fame, but concentrates on building for the long run.
In the May 2007 issue of Men’s Health, Dane talks about being an early riser: “I’m out of bed before the alarm goes off. Some mornings I have to go to work at 5:30, but even on off days, I find it hard to sleep past 8 o’clock.”
“Going to the gym and looking for a specific result is a short-lived existence, as opposed to going to the gym and adopting it as a lifestyle,” says Dane of never exercising for vanity muscles. “Develop a routine, because its’ much harder to break it if you have one. If you have no routine, you have nothing to break, so discipline goes out the window.”
