Episode 5.01 - "Four Years, Six Months, and Two Days"

Scene 2- casa N/H. Jamie gioca a basket in giardino.

Scene 3- casa N/H. Nathan guarda suo figlio. Haley parla con lui.

Jamie sta tirando a canestro, sperando un giorno, di diventare come suo padre, o la versione di Nathan Scott che noi conosciamo. Nathan viene descritto con i capelli lunghi e trascurati e con la barba non fatta. Nathan guarda Jamie giocare e, senza neanche girarsi per vedere se Haley è lì, le chiede chi gli ha dato il canestro. Haley gli dice che suo zio Lucas gliel’ha dato. Nathan dice che non vuole che Jamie giochi. Haley lo difende e dice che ormai ha quasi cinque anni e vuole essere come suo padre, e suggerisce a Nathan che forse lui gli dovrebbe mostrare come giocare ora. Nathan urla prima che Haley finisca di parlare, e ripete che ha detto che non vuole che Jamie giochi.

Scene 4- Brooke parla con Millicent al Clothes Over Bro

Millicent è la stanca e stressata segretaria di Brooke.
La scena si apre con Millicent inseguendo Brooke che urla cose che Millicent deve fare. Brooke oltrepassa una cucitrice e senza avere realmente il tempo per concentrarsi si rende conto che qualcosa è sbagliato con ciò a cui lei (Millicent) sta lavorando e le dice che cosa fare per rendere migliore il lavoro.
Brooke dice a Millicent di mandare Conan cheese come ringraziamento.
Passando per l'ufficio del Direttore di Disposizione, Brooke smette di colpire la finestra di vetro e dice loro che non possono assolutamente mettere quella ragazza sulla copertina. Brooke non sembra in salute, è scarna e il Manager le dice che stanno soltanto mettendo giù qualche idea.
Brooke si dirige verso il suo ufficio e chiede a che ora è la premiere del film. Dice a Millicent che apparirà sul tappeto rosso ma preferisce saltare il film e aggiunge di chiamare lo staff dei Nick per vedere se vogliono venire. Millicent, pensando che Brooke intendeva i NY Knicks comincia ad elencare i nomi dei giocatori della squadra ma Brooke la corregge e le dice non la squadra ma i Nick: Nick Zano, Nick Lacey, Nick Cannon. Brooke chiede a Millicent di chiedere a Lydia di aspettarla nella limusine e Millicent pensa che quest’idea non piacerà a Lydia. Brooke dice che Lydia sarà d’accordo ma poi ci ripensa e dice a Millicent di non dire che è stata a Brooke a chiedere di aspettarla nella limo.

Scene 5- Peyton all’ufficio della casa discografica che parla con Dave.

Peyton è ancora l'assistente all'assistente del presidente di etichetta.
Lei ci rimane male quando raccomanda ai suoi dirigenti una band e loro le dicono di andare a ingaggiarli offrendogli un pranzo.
Principalmente, i suoi capi lavorano per ottenere denaro mentre Peyton si impegna per cercare l’artista che può cambiare le vite di chi lo ascolta proprio come la sua vita è stata determinata dagli artisti che ascoltava.
Durante il suo primo incontro con Dave, lei si sedeva sulla sua scrivania lavorando su materiale noioso: metteva on-line i rapporti e i moduli di chiamata. Lei consiglia bande che ancora non hanno una casa discografica e che la loro azienda dovrebbe rendere famosi, ma Dave le dice di non essere interessato.
Mentre sta uscendo dall’ufficio di Dave, quest’ultimo le parla e le dice che è molto carina e che "sbottonare un bottone su quella maglietta" le permetterà di partecipare alla nuova sessione di musica. Peyton si sbottona il bottone. Dave dice "un bottone, una canzone. Adesso vammi a prendere un’aspirina ".
Questo accade durante la mattina. Essi incontrano di nuovo di sera.

I produttori ingaggiano alcuni artisti e Peyton, riferendosi ad una cantante dice che canta in modo orribile e chiede loro perchè l’hanno ingaggiata. Dave le dice che la ragazza è sexy, ed è così che gli artisti dovrebbero essere. E Peyton risponde dicendo che il mondo sta diventando un posto ottuso.
Dave le chiede quanto è stata a Los Angeles e Peyton dice 4 anni. Ed è andata a LA “perché volevo scoprire ed ingaggiare band che avrebbero potuto cambiare la vita di qualcuno. Come alcuni artisti hanno cambiato la mia di vita”. Dave le dice che il loro lavoro è fare soldi e il Rock and Roll non può salvare il mondo. Lei non è d’accordo. Lei crede che i ragazzi cercano qualcosa in cui credere e la musica può salvare il loro mondo. Dave le risponde dicendo che è stata a LA per qualche hanno e le volte dove la sua opinione è stata ascoltata… Lei sta ancora lottando con l’assistente per diventare assistente. Quindi non è ancora nessuno per essere considerata. Dave le dice che prima scopre come giocare, prima otterrà quello che vuole.
Ma Peyton non vuole “imparare il gioco”. Dave le dice che l’ha già fatto, sbottonando il bottone quando lui gliel’ha chiesto. Se lei ne sbottonerà altri, arriverà più in alto di Dave. Peyton dice di no e aggiunge che avrà il lavoro di Dave un giorno, ma non in questa maniera.


Scene 6- Liceo di Tree Hill Haley/Lucas/Jamie.

La scena è a scuola durante il giorno.. Jamie (James) è seduto ad uno dei banchi nella classe vuota. Jamie sta disegnango una palla da basket su un foglio di carta. Haley è alla scrivania dell’insegnante scrivendo alcuni piani scolastici. Lucas entra e fa una battuta su quanto stia crescendo velocemente il bimbo. Jamie lo vede e gli corre incontro. Lucas fa degli specie di giochi attorno a lui e a Jamie piacciono. Lucas gli chiede se è già alle scuole superiori, ma Jamie gli dice che ha solo Quattro anni. Lucas dice qualcosa su Jamie che ha quattro anni ma quasi quaranta. Luke gli chiede che sta disegnando e Jamie risponde che non glielo può ancora far vedere. Lucas dice che capisce. Jamie ritorna al suo disegno e Lucas cammina verso Haley.


Haley, Lucas, e Jamie. Nella stanza dei tutor. James è seduta a disegnare Haley e Lucas sussurrano , discutono se sia o no il caso che Lucas tenga per un po Jamie con se visto che Nathan sta diventando una cattiva influenza per lui e nn riesce a fare il padre. Inizialmentet Haley non è d’accordo ma poi inizia a considerare quest opzione. A fine scena sembra che Haley stia per piangere

Scene 10- Mouth incontra Alice alla stazione televisiva.

Alla stazione televisiva, Mouth è seduto dietro la sua nuova scrivania parlando nella telecamera. Alice appare e domanda a Mouth che stia facendo. Lui innocentemente risponde che sta semplicemente controllando il livello dell’audio – i ragazzi nella cabina gli hanno detto che sarebbe stato a posto.. Alice rende chiaro che lei è l’unica che lui deve ascoltare, e se non fa il suo lavoro sarebbe stato licenziato e loro avrebbero trovato qualcun altro...


Scene 12- Peyton mette un cd alla riunione A&R .

Scene 13- Nathan tira fuori da una scatola le scarpe NS .

Nathan sta guardando un prototipo per la sua scarpa

Scene 14- Flashback con Barry, l’agente di Nathan che mostra le scarpe.

.Lui torna indietro nel tempo in un bar con Barry, l’agente di Nathan. Barry mostra le N.S. 23 al gruppo e tutti ooh e ah. Barry brinda a Nathan e dice che in 72 ore Nathan lo avrebbe fatto diventare più ricco di quanto è gia. Il gurppo ride e prende i drink. Haley dice a Nathan e Lucas che ha intenzione di andare a casa, e che loro possono stare lì. Nathan le chiede se è sicura. Lei gli dice di sì, e di non guidare ma di prendere la limousine. Nathan lo promette.

Scene 15- Sera stanza di Lucas, flashback di LA e di Lucas che autografa I libri.

Scene 21- Fergie, Skills, e Junk giocano a basket con Jamie.

Scene 22- Peyton/Dave scena di sera.

Scene 23- Appartamento di Skills/Mouth . Giocano con Jamie. Lucas/Haley/Jamie parlano dell’assenza di stimoli di Nathan.


Nella prima parte ci sono Lucas/Haley/James (con Skills e I ragazzi alla fine) e Lucas sta dicendo a Haley quanto dolore sta provando Nathan per non “essere ancora sui suoi piedi” Haley ammette che lui è stato abbastanza cupo ultimamente, e Lucas le dice che lo deve motivare. Jamie inizia a saltekkare e dice a sua mamma che è pronto. Lucas chiede notizie di lui, e Jamie salute zio Lucas. Lucas saluta Jamie, e gli dice che gli vuole bene, e si abbracciano. Poi Jamie dice che ora deve andare a casa, e che Lucas dovrebbe essere a scrivere. E’ evidente per SKills e le risate dei ragazzi che sollevano Jamie..

Scene 24- Red Carpet Event- Mark McGrath intervista Brooke.

Brooke è intervistata da Mark McGrath sul red-carpet, con Lydia descritta come “hovering nearby.” Mark inizia menzionando Clothes/Bro’s, e poi chiede a Brooke se lei si diverte ancora a vestirsi elegante per cose del genere, anche se fa vestiti per vivere. Brooke dice assolutamente, e a lei piace cosi come qualcuno dell’industria musicale ancora “sente un brivido” quando vedono uno spettacolo dal vivo.

Scene 25 - Peyton a LA; vede il libro di Lucas (Voce di Brooke fuori campo )

La scena taglia su Peyton, con Brooke che fa da voce fuori campo, e continua che le persone nell’industria musicale probabilmente amano la musica per far carriera su ciò. Peyton sta camminando in centro nel Sunset strip passando per rock clubs. Lei passa anche per una bancarella di libri usati, e trova una copia tascabile della novella di Lucas.

Scene 26- Lucas al computer ma nn riesce a scrivere (Voce di Brooke fuori campo )

La voce fuori campo di Brooke poi continua che le persone che scrivono per vivere probabilmente ancora amano rannicchiarsi in un buon libro. Si taglia su Lucas, che è seduto al computer, il suo cursore lampeggia, e le parole non riescono a venire fuori. La voce di Brooke parla di come loro (gli scrittori) hanno ancora le scandeze “e le simpatie”

Scene 27- Resto dell’intervista di Brooke

Si ritorna a Brooke e alla sua intervista. Dice che la mode è cosi per lei; ha ancora i brividi quando le luci si spengono per uno show di moda. Mark dice che era una buona risposta, e poi le chiede se le manca essere giovane? Brooke risponde che lei è giovane. Mark poi chiarisce che intendeva recitare una giovane; non essere il capo di un’enorme corporazione, ma essere Brooke Davis, una ragazza di 21 anni. Lui ha colpito un punto dolente, è evidente. Brooke risponde che sicuramente, le mancherà ciò.

Scene 37- Lucas/Lindsey scena nel suo ufficio.

Il set è l'ufficio di Lindsey durante il giorno. Il suo ufficio è occupato e ingombrato. Lei è descritta come carina, intelligente, e fortemente motivata. Lucas entra nel suo ufficio. Lucas si scusa per aver mancato la sua scadenza. lui realizza che lei ha persone che contano su di lei e non è fiera di sè. Lucas vede una copia della sua prima novella sul suo tavolo da caffè. Prima che Lucas dica qualcos'altro, Lindsey ricorda di quando per la prima volta ha letto la sua novella. Lei ha detto che la legge ancora e ancora e dice che le parla. Le sembra di conoscerlo prima ancora di incontrarlo. Lindsey gli dice che era una fantastica prima novella, ma gli autori sono conosciuti per i loro lavori. Sono passati 2 anni da quando Lucas ha scritto la novella, e la spaventa perchè lui non sta scrivendo niente. Seriamente, Lucas chiede altro tempo. Poi lui a cuor leggero dice che lei potrebbe dargli altro tempo perchè lui è carino e lei è cotta di lui. Lindsey non è incantata. Lei gli dice che lui si approfitta di lei. Lei ha intenzione di essere seria. Praticamente gli dice di andarsene che è ciò che lui fa.

Scene 38- Alice esprime il suo diprezzo x Mouth alla stazione televisiva.

Piu tardi, Mouth tenta di avvicinarsi ad Alice e lei gli dice che lui non le piace. Mouth chiede se c'è qualcosa che lui ha fatto. Lei gli dice di no e l'unico modo di andare meglio è se lui si calma, prima che lei trovi un motivo per lincenziarlo. E lo farà.

Scene 39- Ufficio di Brooke. Guarda la sua intervista su MTV ed entra Lydia .

Scene 41- Jamie va da Nathan e vede suo padre bere ancora.

Jamie fissa Nathan che gli passa oltre con una bottiglia vuota in mano. Nathan apre un occhio, e Jamie gli dice che beve troppo. Nathan concorda. Haley entra nella stanza e chiama Jamie e entrambi escono.

Scene 42- Flashback. Greg/Nathan/Lucas in un bar; Greg provoca Nathan; Lucas persuade Nathan ad andar via

Nathan ricorda quella notte nel bar. Lucas, Barry e la squadra di Nathan stanno festeggiando. Greg si avvicina e chiede per un autografo. Nathan accetta e si china per firmare un tovagliolo. Greg gli dice di scrivere – A Greg. Il fan più grande di Portland. Seattle fa schifo. Greg sorride a "smart a@@ grin". Nathan dice quello che sta scrivendo – A Greg, divertiti a perdere con noi. Il tuo amico, Nathan Scott. Nathan sporge la mano per restituire il tovagliolo a Greg, che gli schiaffeggia la mano e lo spinge via forte. Lucas immediatamente si mette tra di loro e dice a Nathan di andare via e che lui ha troppo da perdere. Greg incita Nathan, ma concorda con Lucas e loro escono fuori dal bar.[/I]

Scene 43- flashback. Nathan entra nella Range Rover; cerca di convincerlo a non guidare

Lucas consiglia a Nathan di non guidare. Nathan passa dietro la ruota e mette le chiavi nell’accensione.

Scene 44-. Nathan, sulla sedia a rotelle che ricorda.

...si ritorna al presente dove Nathan sta ricordando ciò, da solo nella sua sedia a rotelle.

Scene 45- Peyton arriva all’aereporto di TH .

Come Peyton cammina attraverso l’areoporto di Tree Hill, lei vede un’insegna e sorride. L’insegna dice: Benvenuti a Tree Hill. Benvenuti a casa.

Scene 46- Peyton in garage; scopre la sua auto.

Poi vediamo Peyton in un garege mentre sta scoprendo la sua vecchia decapottabile. La osserva e sorride.

Scene 47- Lucas a casa apre un casetto e trova I disegni

Lucas è ritornato a casa. Apre un cassette e trova il suo originale manoscritto per il suo primo libro. Ricerca un po’ e tira fuori alcune foto – Brooke, lui e Nathan e finalmente…Peyton. Osserva attentamente la foto di Peyton.


Scene 48- Peyton incontra Molly fuori dalla sua vecchia casa

Peyton fissa da fuori la sua vecchia casa. Molly la vede. Peyton, guarda la sua vecchia stanza e chiede se è la stanza di, Molly. Molly dice di si e le chiede se vuole vederla. Peyton dice che potrebbe essere uno psicopatico, e Molly dice che sa che lei è peyton e non uno psicopatico, peyton rimane sorpresa che molly sapia di lei

Scene 49- Peyton/Molly in camera

Peyton entra nella sua vecchia stanza e dice che è tutto molto cambiato. Molto femminile. Peyton dice che prima I muri erano rossi, e Molly dice che è da pazzi. ma Peyton risponde che a lei piacevano. Molly le chiede se amava davvero Lucas, e Peyton la guarda e le chiede se è una veggente. Molly sorride poi apre le porte dell armadio e si legge "Peyton + Lucas =TLA". Molly l chiede se era vero amore( true love always), e Peyton si rattrista.

Scene 50- Brooke saluta Millicent ed entra nella limo.

Scene 51- Nathan guarda ancora dei video.

Nathan sta guardando un Draft Day video e noi torniamo al bar quella notte.

Scene 52- Flashback. Greg/Nathan/Lucas scena al bar.

Nathan è in macchina e Lucas prega Nathan di non guidare. Nathan acconsente, e Lucas va verso la limousine. Nathan sente per caso Greg nel bar che dice agli altri che tutti hanno visto che era stato Nathan a colpirlo. Nathan irrompe nel bar confrontandosi con Greg e dice io non ti ho colpito e se lo avessi fatto saresti al freddo là fuori ora. Greg dice a Nathan che dovrebbe andarsene con la sua grassa moglie. Prima che Greg riesca a finire la frase Nathan stende Greg che inizia una rissa nel bar. Nathan è lanciato fuori attraverso la finestra di vetro. Lucas corre fuori e chiede a Nathan se sta bene e Nathan gli dice che non sente più le gambe. Noi vediamo un pezzo di vetro che esce dalla parte bassa della schiena di Nathan.

Vari spoiler

Una fermata di autobus conil poster de clothes over bros poster. Brooke e il suo nuovo ragazzo escono dalla limo.Dopo la limo passa oltre il ragazzo e lui che guarda infastidito e poi chiama un taxi . Peyton arriva con la macchina ed indossa lo stesso vestito verde che aveva nelle foto al campetto con Lucas

Skills, Fergie, e Junk giocano a basket mentre Mouth guarda. Arriva Lucas con Jamie e Skills dice, “There he is the, game James!” e gli passa la palla,. Jamie dribbla e tira e Skills blocca il tiro. Lucas prende la palla e gurda Skills con lo sguardo gli fa capire di non essere cosi duro con Jamie e quando Lucas passa la palla a Jamie Skills lo aiuta a fare canestro.

Lucas al Rivercourt,ripreso da molte angolature.

“ Lucas finds Peyton.” Peyton è al Rivercourt guarda I nomi sbiaditi sull’asfalto Lucas arriva e la vede . Si fermano e si guardano. Si avvicinano molto lentamente Peyton vuola abbracciarlo ma lui la ferma . Lui sembra ferit e lei capisce il perkè .

Peyton è seduta sul tavolino al Rivercourt e ripensa alla loro rottura

E’ notte. Brooke e Nick entrano nella limousine e trovano Lydua lì ad aspettarli. Lei è descritta come una donna "no nonsense" e "alla moda" nei suoi 50 anni. Lei chiede loro a proposito del film e Nick inizia a rispondere che a lui piaceva il film ma Lydia lo interrompe. Brooke si lamenta dei paparazzi, ma Lydia dice che li pagano loro per chiedere a Brooke sulla sua linea di abbigliamento. Lydia spera che Brooke fosse stata gentile con loro.

La limousine si ferma e Lydia chiede a Nick di scendere e lui è confuso. Lei gli dice che lui non è veramente addormentato con "i suoi designer". é solo quello che voglio far pensare i tabloids. Lei spinge Nick fuori dalla limo, e Brooke è shoccata ma poi lei sorride un po'. Brooke dice a Lydia che lei è così rude.

Lydia osserva il programma del giorno dopo. Dice a Brooke che c'è un'intervista domani mattina alle 9, e che lei ha bisogno di sembrare bella e parlare a proposito della creatività e della passione. Poi Lydia le dice che c'è stato un cambio nella rotazione delle modelle. Brooke sfoglia la nuova lista e nota che qualcuno manca. Brooke vede che la modella che manca è sua amica, ma Lydia la corregge e dice che lei è un'impiegata non un'amica. Poi Lydia osserva che la vita dei suoi amici è fuori controllo e lei sembra così stupida. Brooke sembra esitante. Lydia dichiara che Clothes Over Bro's è un'organizzazione multi milionaria e Lydia è pagata come un dirigente per prendere le decisioni. Brooke le chiede se ha intenzione di licenziare i suoi amici, e Lydia dice che lei non lo farà ma Brooke si. La limo si ferma e Lydia esce, ma prima di uscire, le dice che è la compagnia di Brooke. Lei lavora solo per quello. Brooke sembra preoccupata.

5.02 - "Racing Like A Pro"

Filming spoilers:

"We know the book signing is a flash back. We know that Lindsay and Lucas are initially there and then Peyton arrives.
From what I understand when Peyton arrives at the signing, she immediately sees something that makes her leave. Observes something between Lucas and Lindsay. Having said that, I don't know if LP are still together at the time of the signing or what the state of their relationship is at the time, or if what she observes is a fluke or meant to be more innocent or...
But, it's something. I believe she observes some type of kiss that prompts her to leave."

"When I was watching filming tuesday night they also shot a scene with chad, fergie, antwon, junk and jackson. I think its supposed to be the night before the race when they show jackson the car, the "red racer", and they ask him if he wants to try it, but he shakes his head, so they just push it down the hill and it crashes."

5.02 Side Summaries


Manny. Haley cerca una tata con Peyton e Brooke. Skills e Lucas costruiscono una macchina giocattolo per Jamie

Daytime at Nathan and Haley's house. Haley is interviewing a "manly sounding" nanny applicant with Peyton and Brooke. When the "Manny" has left, Haley asks Brooke and Peyton what they thought of her, and they respond by mimicking her voice. Haley tells them both that she's doomed: Skills won't be able to babysit when basketball season starts, Nathan refuses to do his rehab, she has no nanny, and she doesn't want to face the "teenage hired assassins" at school. Peyton jokes that "Teenage Hired Assassins" would be a great band name. Brooke then suggests that Peyton can take Nathan to rehab, and she can babysit Jamie - she is his Godmother, even though she barely knows him. Peyton is dubious, but Haley is just glad to have both of her friends home for a while. Brooke's phone rings.

Daytime at Skills and Mouth's apartment. Skills and Lucas are building Jamie a soap box racer, while Jamie watches them intently. Both Lucas and Skills mention that they always wanted a racer like the one they're building. Skills suggests painting it red: "The Red Racer". He then asks Jamie why he's wearing a cape, and Jamie responds that he's a superhero. Skills takes that opportunity to ask Jamie to fly to the kitchen and get him a beer. As Jamie goes to the kitchen, Lucas asks Skills for his take on the "former leading scorer".

Alla corsa Jamie decide di nn correre . Haley vede Nathan seduto vicino la piscina di sera

Daytime at the soap box derby. Skills is talking smack with a five-year-old racer as Haley and Jamie arrive; Skills names him "Lightning Jamie Scott", and Mouth tells him that his outfit is cool. Jamie smiles when Skills asks if he's ready to win the race, but becomes nervous when he sees the hill.

Lucas and Lindsey join the others by the starting line. Spying Jamie, Lucas asks if he's racing for "Clothes Over Bro's"? Jamie responds that he's also racing for "Peyton Sawyer Unemployed". The starter calls the racers to their cars as Skills cheers Jamie on, calling him "Flash". Lucas lifts Jamie into his car, and helps him to put on his helmet and goggles. As the starter tells the racers to put their hands on the steering wheel, and Haley tells Jamie to do his best and have fun, Jamie spots a mannequin in one of the t-shirt booths. He becomes worried, and raises his arms to stop the race, when he remembers that they decapitated a mannequin the night before. The starter calls Haley over when Jamie says he no longer wants to race. Jamie then tells his "Mama" that he doesn't want to race - but he does want to talk to Brooke. As Brooke arrives, Jamie tells her that even though he doesn't want to race, he does like his racing suit. She tells him he can keep the suit - but is he sure he won't race? Smartly, Jamie responds that it's his life, and he's taking a stand. As Brooke lifts him from the car, and hands him to Haley, Jamie apologises to "Uncle Skills" for not finishing the race. However, Skills is more interested in turning to the kid he spoke to before Jamie arrived: Jamie's taking a stand, blazing a trail... not being a "follower". Brooke watches the scene, smiling, as Jamie calls her over to go get ice cream.

Night, poolside at Nathan and Haley's house. Haley walks in to find Nathan by the pool in his wheelchair. She decides to keep some distance between them.

Scene starts off at the Scott house in their kitchen. Haley is getting ready to leave for the day. She says that she doesn't have time for breakfast, so Carrie hands her breakfast in a tupperware container. Then Haley starts to remind her about James' pediatrician appointment, but Carrie remembers before Haley can even finish her sentence. Then Carrie mentions that James has a play date at 2 also, and that she has made a blueberry snack for them. Haley is of course amazed at Carrie's efficiency. Haley says that she doesn't know what she would do without Carrie, and Carrie jokes that she would be fine...for like a day. Before leaving, Haley tells Carrie that Lucas is there fixing James' bike. Haley leaves. The script says that Carrie smiles slyly then she removes her top and goes outside in only her bra.

Carrie goes out back and pretends that she didn't know Lucas was there. He sees her and quickly turns away and she puts her shirt back on. She makes small talk by telling him that she thinks it's great that he is so close to James. Then she says that she doesn't know Lucas very well, but that she would like to get to know him better. He says okay. He proceeds to tell her some things about himself. He says that he likes to read, play basketball, and that he likes anything with music. She's like bored and says that he needs to tell her something good, like where he would take her on their first date. He smiles and states that it would have to be somewhere that his girlfriend is not.

Carrie responds that she wants to know where he would take her hypothetically. Lucas charms her by saying that they would go to an Italian restaurant, then to see a band, and some place quiet to talk. She then tells him what she likes to do. She says she likes to work out and to go to the beach. Hypothetically, on a first date, she would probably start the mosh pit when they go to see the band and then she says that it would be hard to talk in his quiet place. He asks her if she likes to talk, but she says that it would be hard to get a word in with her tongue in his mouth. Lucas chuckles and there is a definite tension between them. Carrie then says that she might let Lucas take her home and then he could help her out of her clothes and tie her to the bed if he wants. She says if he were charming enough she would let him do those things. Hypothetically. The script says that she eyes him "hungrily." The scene ends with her staring at him.

Revised side for Carrie: La scena .inizia con Haley al piano...

There's sort of a new-ish side of Carrie (the Nanny) and a scene with Haley. I think its for episode 5.02. Not sure about it. She talks to Haley about her family...the gist is basically...Um...Her dad disappeared early on...her mom was to young..too wild to be a mom and a wife. She spent a lot of time in foster homes...She's basically thanking Haley for giving her a chance and that she's still a work in progress and she didn't want to let Haley down. The scene starts out with Haley playing the piano.

5.03 - "My Way Home Is Through You"

Scenes we know of based on the call sheet for Aug. 28: Victoria shows up at BP's house. Nathan visits Dan at the prison.

..."so it was a scene at the george resturant with bethany and some girl whose name i don't know but her on screen name is lindsay i'm pretty sure. and she is lucas' editor and girlfriend and her and haley met there and i think she called her mean cause haley asked her for a photocopy of her liscense and haley said she was just making sure she was good enough for her best friend.and that's all i heard cause i had to start background walking. but my boyfriend was sitting in the resturant so he said that lindsay said something about lucas having writers block and she helped him over it or something."

"I went to the Rivercourt tonight for a couple of hours (6-8ish) and they were doing the last scene for the "day shots". It was a scene with Mouth and Skills. Then they did a scene with Haley and some basketball player guy (don't know who he was). And then I left, so I dont know if something else was done after that or not."

"I was at the rivercourt from 5pm unitl about 10:15, they filmed three scenes and were on the last one with Chad, Sofia and Hillary when I left. It was a lot of fun and I got some pretty good pics. Tomorrow they are filiming on a closed set, so sorry about that everyone who was hoping to go see. If anyone wants details about the filming just ask!"

5.03 Side Summaries

Scene 25:
Haley and Peyton are discussing bands. Peyton tells her that "No Means Yes" has not been signed yet. Haley wants to know how she knows that information by just looking at them. Peyton replies that her time in LA has paid off.

Scene 26:
Setting is "River House" early evening. The owner is showing Brooke this humongous house. Brooke admires the furniture and everything about it. She states that she wants the house. The woman is surprised. Brooke says that she will throw in an extra 100,000 if she can be gone in an hour. The woman picks up her cat and says, "Enjoy your house." Then she stops and asks, 'Did you want the cat too?" Brooke says no. The woman smiles and says that there is a roast in the oven. Brooke says that she likes roast.

Scene 27:
Rivercourt, early evening. Haley approaches Quentin who is shooting baskets alone. He asks if she is lost, but she tells him that she has spent more time there than he has. Quentin uses the word "ain't" and Haley corrects his grammar. Quentin doesn't want to go back to school, and Haley tells him that there is more to life than just basketball. He looks at her, and wonders why she wants him back at school. He jokes that maybe Mrs. James-Scott is hot for him. After his comment, she walks away disappointed.

Scene 28- Tric. Peyton's office. Night.

"No Means Yes" has already finished playing. Jason is in Peyton's office. She offers to sign him to her record label. He is incredulous and wants to know how many other bands she has signed, and she has to tell him that she hasn't signed any others. He declines the offer. Peyton takes the Lucky Bamboo plant from her desk and slams it into her trash can. (End of Act III)

Scene 38:
Brooke's new house. Brooke is showing Peyton around the spacious home. Brooke asks Peyton if she likes it. Peyton is amazed, and Brooke says that's good because there is a room downstairs for her. Peyton is stunned. Just then, she gets a text message and says she has to hurry to Tric, and they'll celebrate when she gets back.

Scene 39:
Dan's jail cell. A guard approaches him and hands him something that he states is from Dan's son. Dan opens the envelope and smiles when he sees a photo of his grandson, Jamie.

Scene 40:
N/H's home. Night. Jamie dribbles and shoots but misses, Nathan is there on crutches. Nathan passes the ball back to his son and the two laugh and play together. Haley is beaming as she watches from the deck. She remembers what it was like to be happy. She could watch them forever.

Scene 41- Tric. Night.

Jason, who is the lead singer from "No Means Yes" enters and eyes Peyton.
Jason has returned to state that he and his band have decided to give Peyton and her label a chance. He hopes that she won't let them down, and she declares that she won't. She smiles and takes the plant out of the trash and places it back on her desk.


Scene 42- Lucas's house. Night.

Lucas is writing at his computer when Lindsey walks in. She hesitates before speaking. First she says that she has been putting on a brave face for weeks now, but she has ask him something. She wants to know if she should be worried now that his two gorgeous exes are back in town. He wraps his arms around her and tells her that he loves her and that will never change. He tells her that she has nothing to worry about. As they hug, it is evident that Lindsey is relieved.

Scene 43- Brooke's house. Dawn. Patio/deck.

Brooke and Peyton have been talking all night. There is an empty bottle of wine next to them. Peyton asks, "What if Lucas's Lindsey brought you a Lucky Bamboo because she was marking her territory with you also."

Side for Mia,un aspirante cantante

Peyton è al Tric e vede Mia. La scena comincia con una voce che parla della carriera di Mia. Peyton chiede a Mia se per lei è sufficiente essere un pesce grande in un piccolo stagno. Mia dice di no e Peyton tle chiede cos'è abbastanza x lei. Mia spiega che a lei non interessano ne soldi ne fama, ma vorrebbe cambiare la vita di qualcuno con la sua musica, dare speranza. Non le interessa il numero di volte che verranno passati i suoi pezzi alla radio. Le interessa che qualcuno ascoltando le sue canzoni realizzi che il mondo non è cosi spaventoso. Mia dic che se ci riesce è riuscita a fare qulcosa di più di abbastanza; Peyton è soddisfatta.

Next scene:
Mia termina di suonare e chiede a Peyton cosa ne pensa. Quando vede Peyton esitare, Mia comincia a blatera sulla sua canzone, dice che fa schifo e che sarà un fallimento. Peyton le dice "Non è quello che , tu sai chi, dice." Peyton dice che "lui" pensa che Mia sia carina. Questo fa sentire meglio Mia e chiede a Peyton se vuole ascoltare un'altra canzone

Haley dice (a Peyton) che va bene. Dice a Jason che non intende “creatively step on” him, ma lei ha esperienza. Jason borbotta che lei ha esperienza nel suonare un organo per la chiesa. Peyton ne ha abbastanza. Dice a Jason che Haley aveva un grande contratto, una grande hit, e un tour nazionale che ha fatto il tutto esaurito.Mentre lui,invece, iè il leader di un gruppo che suona nei bar in cambio di birra gratis. Peyton, gli dice che potrebbe solo trarre benficio dall'esperienza di Haley,Jason indifferente dice che si prende una pausa per fumare e va via. Side for Mouth e Alice:

Mouth è nella sala montaggio con un tecnico, che guarda i pezzi non ancora tagliati. IL tecnico dice a Mouth che l'ha visto uscire dall'ufficio di Alice, Mouth diventa nervoso e comicia a chiedersi se il tecnico "sappia." Il tecnico dice a mouth che Alice deve averlo fatto lavorare molto e lui non dovrebbe lasciarglielo fare perchè Alice odia tutti. Mouth tira un sospiro di sollievo il suo segreto è al sicuro. Il tecnico dice a Mouth quanto "resistente" sia la crew, sicuramente dato il modo in cui li tratta Alice. Mouth gli dice che Alice does like to call the shots. Il tecnico dice che Alice cerca di dirgli come fare il suo lavoro e lui non le puo mai dire quando sbaglia. Mouth dice che neanche lui puo dire niente. Il tecnico continua dicendo che Alice è fortunata ad essere sexy, ma spera che qulcuna la metta al suo posto un giorno. Questo fa pensare Mouth .

5.05: "I Forgot To Remember To Forget"

episodio flashback

Filming spoilers:

"I was walking downtown last night and they were filming on Princess Street, in an outdoor resturant between Water and Front and it was just Sophia and Chad. They were celebrating something and he popped open a bottle of wine. Thats all I really know..."

In the morning they filmed at Nathan/Haley apartment (that's how the call sheet calls it). First James, Joy and third person, then Chad, Joy and the same third person. We still don't know who that person was though, but a couple of persons that were there told us there was no child around, so I guess it was not Jamie. We can tell you it was probably a flashback because we saw Joy and she had extensions.

"They filmed at the church. one of the rooms inside is supposed to be Lindsey office. We didn't stay on that set but we saw the trucks. According to the call sheet they filmed 2 scenes with Lucas and Lindsey."

"In the night they filmed 2 BL scenes, that were supposed to be in NY central park. We were afraid they would change the schedule and film something at studios but it didn't rain so they filmed outside. We couldn't see much. They used a short part of a street. There were lights, 3 cabs and 3 carriages. Brooke and Lucas carriages was white. The carriages gave us their back so we couldn't actually see Chad and Sophia while filming. They filmed scenes. The first was the carriages moving and there were extras walking and the cabs too. The second scene looked like a close up of Brooke and Lucas that talk with the guy that drives the carriage. She had a black short dress with a golden stripe on the decollete. Chad had blue jeans, boots and a white button shirt with squares."

"BL get drunk, Lucus tries to kiss brooke, they kinda kiss but brooke is like no, you are in denial because peyton just said "no" to your proposal. (in Lucas's NY hotel room).

Scene 10
Lucas asks Whitey what he's going to do now that he's retired and he says he'll probably go to the basketball games and yell at the coach. Lucas smiles at that and they walk off.

Scene 11-
In the Locker Rooms: Nathan's being interviewed by a reporter as he changes back into his clothes. The reporter comments about how the scouts will probably take notice and Nathan says he's just happy to be playing the game and that this year taught him that the most important thing is his family. Lucas approaches and tells Nathan that the bus is leaving. As they walk out, Nathan tells him that that was the first time he wasn't asked about the point shaving.

Scene 12-
When they exit the stadium, Jamie and Haley are waiting for them. Haley tells Nathan he can ride with the team, she just wanted to say goodbye. They kiss and Nathan tells Jamie to "get some sleep kiddo" and he'll see him at home. As Lucas and Nathan make their way through the crowd to the bus, a fan calls out to Nathan that he has a cute kid and he wonders if he'll grow up to be a cheater like his old man. Nathan ad Lucas both try to ignore him, but the guy keeps pushing him. In a flash, Nathan gets him by the throat and threatens to shave the guys face into the pavement. Lucas wraps himself around Nathan and drags him onto the bus as Whitey stares from a distance, troubled.

Scene 13-
On the bus, Lucas is sitting alone slumped alone in his seat. He checks his iPhone messages and he has one from Peyton saying "play this song when you win the championship." As the song plays, he begins to smile.


Scene 16:

LA record company. Morning. Peyton is making copies when a co-worker tells her that she has a phone call. Lucas is shown on the phone walking in a hallway. Peyton is excited and says that she saw highlights of the game and she was wanting to call him all morning. He asks her what she is wearing, and she (embarrassed) says that she can't do that right now because she is at work. He guesses that she is wearing her Ramones tee over the white long-sleeved shirt with the torn jeans. She looks down at herself and is amazed to see that he is exactly right. She's like, "Wow, you are good" and right after she makes that statement, she looks up and Lucas is standing right there in the flesh. Her eyes go wide with surprise.


Scene 19:
Lucas is waiting for Peyton to show up at the restaurant. He's wearing a suit and a tie, no Peyton in sight. He plays with his spoon as the waitress asked him if he wants another basket of bread. He said she'll be here in a minute. Peyton arrives still in her work clothes. Lucas BRIGHTENS (yes they're capped like that) when he sees her. Peyton apologizes. She eyed him and said "look at you." Its been a while since she saw someone in a suit that isn't a lawyer or an agent or a successful novelist. Lucas said he doesn't know about that, he gets a rejection letter everyday. Peyton tells him that his book is good. It will happen. She knows it

scene 23-27

Scene is in LAX airport, during the day. Lucas is dealing with the ticket agent. He tells the ticket agent that he needs to go back a little earlier than he expected. The TA tells him he’ll see what he can do.

Scene cuts to Peyton, waking up in the hotel room. She scans the room, then calls out for Lucas. She see’s the CD sitting next to her on the pillow. It says everything.

Back to LAX and Lucas. His cell phone rings, and it introduces Lindsey. Lindsey is sitting at her desk, and she introduces herself as Lindsey Strauss, a junior editor from Putnam and Pratt. She read Luke’s novel. He says it was nice of her to call, that everyone else sends their rejection letters nowadays. Lindsey says she actually loved it, and passed it on to her boss, and he feels the same way. There’s a pause, so she says, “Hello?” Lucas is stunned, but says he’s still here. Lindsey says that what she’s saying is that they want to publish Lucas’ book. How soon can he be in New York? Lucas is trying to process all of this. He says he’ll figure something out, and that he looks forward to meeting her, too. He turns back to the Ticket Agent, and tells him he needs to go to New York. They’re publishing his novel. The TA says congratulations; that must be a dream. Lucas nods and navigates his phone to Peyton’s number. He pauses, but then decides not to call her.

Scene 29

New York party. Night. It's a huge party to celebrate Lucas's book. The senior editor corners Lucas and excitedly tells him that Dan being a convicted murderer is exactly what they need for a great "hook" for the market and the readers. Lucas obviously looks uncomfortable. Lindsey sees him and she steers him away to get a drink. The senior editor also wants to change the title of Luke's book. Lucas is confused, but Lindsey says that always happens. Lucas states that Lindsey is too young to be an editor, and she replies that he is pretty young to have a book published.

scene 29

Lindsey asks Lucas if the "Luke and Peyton" from his novel...Lucas says that they didn't. Lindsey seems disappointed and states sincerely that she was rooting for them. She leaves. An assistant approaches Lucas and tells him that someone from Tree Hill is here to see him. It's Brooke. They hug, happy to see each other. Lucas tells her that he is glad that she came. She says that she wouldn't miss the chance to spend a night on the town with a best selling author.

Scene 30

Brooke's upscale apartment. Brooke tells Lucas that her mom moved out to NY a while ago since her dad travels so much. Brooke thinks they should just have a trial separation.



scene 31

Brooke and Lucas are sitting in a crowded bar. Brooke asks if he saw the look on her face? She says you’d think someone spewed on her Jimmy Choo’s. Lucas says he’s glad she’s enjoying this. Brooke says, come on, he and Peyton are going to work things out. Luke says he doesn’t think so. Not this time. She says it sounds like he gave her an ultimatum, and trust her, there’s no better way to paralyze a girl. Lucas asks Brooke how many times she’s talked to Peyton since she left LA. This touches a raw spot for Brooke. She says it’s not Peyton’s fault. They’re both busy. Lucas responds, and today she broke up with her boyfriend. Has she even called you? Brooke doesn’t answer, and Lucas shakes his head. He continues and says things have changed. Brooke insists he’s just saying that because he’s hurt, and she gets it. But Brooke doesn’t think he meant any of it. There’s a long pause, and Lucas stares at the floor. Brooke continues and says, you know what? We should get drunk. Really, really drunk. Then she asks to see the ring again. Lucas hands her the ring, and the bartender takes notice. He says, congratulations! The crowd applauds, and BL try to protest, but the bartender continues with champagne on the house. >There’s more applause, and Brooke/Lucas exchange a look- why not? Brooke puts the ring on and puts on her best smile as champagne flows freely.


Scene 31


Brooke asks to the see the ring again and Lucas hands it to her. The bartender gets the wrong idea (as they protest) and congratulates them, giving them champagne on the house. As the entire bar applauds them they figure, "why not" and choose to enjoy the free drinks.

In Central Park: Both are a little tipsy. Brooke implies that the ring got them free drinks all over Midtown. A horse-drawn carriage driver notices them, asks if they want a ride. Lucas responds by continuing the joke about their engagement and the ride becomes free.

As they ride through the park, the driver asks them about their future life together. They share a glance, having no choice but to play along. They trade off in their responses. Brooke says they'll be a power couple, and Lucas says and still have time for a big family. He says he'll coach little league and she says she'll buy cookies for the team. He says they'll spend their summers at the beach and she says "and winters in South France." Lucas ends with "it won't matter as long as we're together." The driver says that's the key--finding someone to love and have them love you back. "Love is what it's all about." End of act four.

5.06 Side Summaries


Scene 3
The beginning of the side has a Skills/Nathan scene that is odd. Very odd.Skills states never to date girls named Bevin. He also makes a strange comment about how Santa Claus is black. Nathan asks him if he said anything about the Easter Bunny. Nathan tells him not to say anything about Dan until they can figure out that situation. Skills says that he won't say a word. I think they are talking about something that Skills has told Jamie, because Skills mentions that the "kid" would have asked a lot of questions.


Scene 6

Lucas's bedroom. Lucas and Lindsey kiss. He tells her that the weekends are so much better when she is there. She agrees. She says it's because she can hang out with Haley...and with him. (trying to tease him)

Owen - Peyton (o Brooke) waits for Owen in his car, outside his bar. Not expecting to find her there, Owen jokes that she can't be car jacking him, because the car isn't worth much - but he likes it, so he'll fight her if he has to. Peyton apologizes for snapping at him, and asks if they can talk. Owen responds that they know where that would lead. He elaborates that they'll have a good time, he'll end up wanting to sleep with her, and things will go downhill from there. Peyton asks him why that would happen. Owen, seemingly joking, answers that if she sleeps with him, she'll get obsessed, start buying him gifts, lose her job ... cutting him off, Peyton replies that she runs her own company. At that, Owen tells her she's not screwed up enough for him; however, Peyton is adamant that she's "totally screwed up". Owen once again asks why he should sleep with her, and in response Peyton takes off her t-shirt and throws it at him. She isn't wearing a bra. Owen jokes that she makes "a couple of good points," but he really has to get home. Frustrated, Peyton responds that nobody turns her down when she's naked! Handing back her t-shirt, Owen tells her that they could sleep together, but may end up regretting it; and besides, what if they'll be missing out on something special? Peyton fires back, asking what if she just wants to sleep with him? He tells her that would be disappointing, because they could be much more than that. Finding Owen's last comment charming, Peyton looks at him... before he continues: he's no idiot, of course he'll sleep with her, but she should think about what he said.

5.07: "In Da Club"

5.07 Filming Spoilers:

Haley and Nathan are talking at the bar. Brooke walks up to NH complaining about her mom. Haley replies back, "Hey, I'm a mom too." Brooke says that doesn't count b/c she was married and pregnant by the time she graduated high school, so she will be in a home by the time she turns 35. I don't think Brooke was insulting Haley. I think it was just supposed to be funny. Brooke walks away and Haley then tells Nathan she has to go backstage.

Carrie is at the bar. Jason approaches and asks to buy her a drink. Nathan intervenes and sit down in the chair next to Carrie and tells Jason to back off. Jason walks away. Carrie walks away. Quentin approaches Nathan and comments that he shouldn't look so jealous since his wife is in the same bar has he is. Nathan replies back that Quentin is stupid because he in hanging out in the same bar as his coach. Quentin walks away. Camera stays on Nathan sitting alone.

Nathan is drinking water at the bar. Carrie comes up to him. She is dressed in a short, red halter dress Nathan comments that she looks nice. She says something like, "Thanks. It's about to come off." She also asks where Haley is and then orders two shots. She asks why Nathan isn't drinking and he says something about how he is trying to change.

Carrie and Jason dance at some point too, but I don't know when exactly, but it appears that it is after the NC scene.

The fight:Jason grabs Haley's ass, and Nathan pushes him. The scene has Mia, Haley, Peyton, Nathan, Quentin and Carrie. Carrie is watching with the crowd gathered around. After Nathan pushes Jason, Quentin steps in and punches Jason. Nathan stops Quentin from causing more harm and pulls him away.

Later, NH argue about Nathan's fight with Jason. Haley doesn't like how Nathan always thinks that she is some damsel in distress. She reminds him that the last fight in a bar led to something really bad happening.

Haley comments on how Nathan is drinking water and he says that he is trying to be responsible. Quentin comes up to talk with them. Haley grabs a drink that was apparently Quentin's and hands to someone else.

Brooke/Victoria scene: Victoria tells her daughter that she has lost her way ever since she has come back to Tree Hill. Victoria does not understand why Brooke wanted to come back to TH. Brooke says she is happy with her life there because she is with her friends. Victoria says they are not her friends b/c friends wouldn't use her. Brooke denies this acusation and retorts that mothers shouldn't use their daughters. She also comments that Brooke's company was struggling before she came along and helped her in NY.Brooke walks away to the bar for a drink.

Haley/Lindsey scene: Lindsey is ranting to Haley about Peyton. (Peyton overhears) Lindsey rants that Peyton used to be just a character in a book, but now she's come to life. She admits maybe she's just paranoid. But she also said it just seems like everything they do (meaning L/L) involves Peyton somehow.

Peyton/Haley scene: Peyton is actually the one who interrupts the Haley/Lindsey conversation. She tells Haley that she has to talk with her, and then when Haley goes with her, Peyton tells her that she was just trying to get her away from Lindsey. Then the two talk about Mia's upcoming performance and if she is excited or nervous.

Brooke/Peyton scene: Brooke vents about her mom and Peyton vents about wanting a new office away from Lindsey and Jason.

Lucas actually asks Brooke for a favor. She says that if it involves flirting with bartenders, then she can do it. He has been trying to get Lindsey and Peyton to be friends, and he asks Brooke for help with this. Brooke's hesitant, because although she likes Lindsey, Peyton is her best friend.

Scene 24:

The first scene I saw was between Lindsey and Lucas. Lucas walked up and asked her where she had been and she stated that he would know if he wasn't always with Peyton or something like that. I couldn't hear all the dialogue but Lindsey was clearly pissed and she stormed off...Lucas did not go after her

The second scene was an LP scene. I couldn't hear much of anything but Lucas approaches her and tries to get her to take a check from him. She refuses then the camera pans to an angry Lindsey watching them.

There was a very short scene with Peyton and Mia where Peyton is trying to convince her to get up and sing. Mia appears to be very shy.



Scene 30:

Then there was a scene between Peyton and Haley. This also happened to be the scene where Mia gets up and sings. When she gets to the mike, Jason(K-Fed) yells, "You suck; get off the stage, ho!" then Nathan tells him, "why don't you shut the hell up." She sings and then Peyton and Haley congratulate her on a really good job and then all three join in on a group hug.

Scene 35: :
The Honorary Title sings "Far More" and "Thin Layer."

In the scene where Carrie is taking shots, there is a conversation with Nathan where she mentions something that happened with Jamie, from the looks of it something not so good happened. Nathan tells Carrie not to tell Haley. As of episode 5.07 there is absolutely nothing romantic between Nathan and Carrie.

So today we went by Tric and they were (and are still) filming so we talked to some extras. Apparently there is an Alice/Mouth scene as well as a Brooke/Peyton scene. In the BP scene Brooke is being very pro-LP and tells Peyton that Peyton and Lucas are meant to be and she needs to go get her man back and next time when he proposes she better say yes.

In the above BP scene, Peyton admits that she came home to TH because of Lucas, and Brooke is kinda like, "Yeah, I know. That was obvious. I could tell the first time I saw your face at he airport." After Brooke's pro-LP speech, they hug at the end of this scene.


5.07 Side Summaries:

scene 12

Carrie approaches Nathan and asks what he and Lucas have been talking about. Nathan tells her they have been talking about exes. Smiling, Carrie asks if he means girlfriends or wives.

scene 13

Milly and Mouth discuss bad dates. Mouth talks about a girl in a cape that tried to convert him to Scientology. Milly says guys only talk to her to meet Brooke Davis. Mouth receives a text from Alice. She asks when she should expect him that night, but he ignores the text.

scene 14

Brooke signs an autograph for a drunk girl. Brooke and Owen joke about her fame. Drunk girl asks Owen for another shot. Brooke stares at Owen as he walks away. Peyton sits down next to Brooke and Brooke tells her she bets that she (Brooke) and Owen have sex right there on the bar. Peyton then points out to Brooke that her mom is at the bar, "all slutted up."

Scene 14:

Skills isi congratula con Lucas per la nuova donna fortunata nella sua vita. E scherza su chi sia, e Lucas fa, "Ovviamente è Lindsey" Nathan dice che è un commento legittimo considerando che Peyton è in città, e Skills dice che anche Brooke è in giro. Quentin entra nell'ufficio con una fasciatura al polso.

Scene 15:

Nathan/Quentin si scontrano negli spogliatoi. Quentin si è fatto male al polso per aggredire un ragazzo per difendere l'onore di Haley. Quentin dice di averlo fatto perchè Nathan non è abbastanza uomo per farlo. Nathan lo corregge dicendo , “L'onore di mia moglie non ha bisogno di essere difeso da n chiacchierone in un bar ” Nathan va via quando l'allenatore gli dice che Quentin potrebbe non giocare per un mese. Quentin chiama Nathan e gli dice che sa cosa vorebbe sapere in realta Nathan e la risposta e che ci si sente dannatamente bene dopo aver picchiato quel tipo per suo moglie

Scene 16:

Peyton arriva alla porta di Lucas, molto arrabbiata erchè dopo avberla baciata a chiesto a Lindsey di sposarlo. Lucas è confuso e che il momento era strano. Lei risponde che il suo bacio conferma tutto quello che pensava, tutto quello che voleva credere, e come lui possa scappare e chiedere ad un'altra di essere sua moglie. Lui l dice che la proposta a Lindsey npn ha niente a che fare con lei. Peyton gli dice di nn sposare Lindsey.

Scene 19:

Molly/Peyton conversazione sul libro di Lucas: Molly's living vicariously through Peyton and the book. Cerca di cnvincere Peyton che l'amore fra lei e Lucas è ancora vivo come è vivo sulle porte dell'armadio e nel suo libro

Scene 20:

tante cose su Mouth e il suo nuovo manager generale in questo lavoro. Alice è stata licenziata per aver avuto una relazione con un sottoposto. Guardano la casetta della squadra che devono affrontare nella apertura di stagione e vedono un canestro incredibile. Concordano che hanno bisogno di un altro drink.

Scene 32:

Tric, sera: Una scena fra Brooke/Owen che flirtano. Brooke si avvicina ad Owen al bar e si scusa per aver preso in giro la sua auto. Owen si scusa per aver preso in giro sua madre. Brooke dice a Owen che è geloso del modo in cui lui fa solo quello che lo rende felice e non prende ordini da nessuno. Lui scherza dicendo che lei cerca di portarselo a letto facendo la sensibile, come fanno di solito i ragazzi. Lei sarcasticamente di dice che non ci sta provando perchè li non sarebbe mai capace di resisterle. Lui risponde che lo ha gia fatto (resisterla) la notte precedente. Brooke ddice “Oh, It’s so on,” prima di pensare a qualcosa di meglio da dire

Scene 33:

Millicent e Mouth allo studio TV . Mouth la porta nella sala registrazione. Lui mette una serie di immagini con molti sports e parla di quanto lui ami lo sport perchè ispira e fa battere i cuori, che c'è simmetria di forme e gli atleti si spingono fino ai loro limiti. Poi mette un immagine di un balletto e le chiede se riesce a provare lo stesso e se è cosi significa che non sono molto difersi.

An upset Lindsey prepares to leave, but Lucas stops her. She recognizes that she has been so paranoid about Peyton that she has even dyed her hair. She's frustrated waiting for him and for his book, and she just wants Lucas to stop loving Peyton. Lucas has no response.

Lucas is present as Lindsey boldly says to Peyton that she doesn't like her either. Peyton coldly looks at Lucas and walks away.

Owen puts a check in a martini glass and hands it to Lucas. Peyton glares at Lucas from across the room. Lucas admits that he's having a hard time being friends with Peyton. Nathan says that it was easier with him and Peyton because they were never in love. Lucas says that Lindsey is mad too, but Nathan points out that Lucas seems more upset about the Peyton thing.

After this L/N exchange, Carrie walks up and asks Nathan that question about girlfriends and exes.
Lindsey tells Lucas that she knows that he started writing again because of Peyton

Spoiler:

Haley is going by Mrs. James-Scott.

Quentin's last name is Fields. Quentin does not make the 12 man roster for the team, basically because of his behavior in Haley's class. Quentin kinda threatens Lucas, and Lucas warns him about acting up in English class.

Didn't Brooke take Jamie to get ice cream or something after the race? Well, he is with her when Brooke calls Victoria to tell her about staying in TH and not going back to NY. They are at the cafe, because this is when Brooke tells the realtor that she is buying Karen's Cafe.

Earlier in the episode, Brooke/Mouth are reunited, I guess, because they share a hug and he is all happy to see her.

At night, Lindsey comments to Lucas about meeting Brooke for the first time. She says that Brooke is gorgeous and seems great. This is when Lucas tells her that Peyton is back in TH.

Haley interviews Carrie. She comments that Jamie really seems to like Carrie. Carrie says that she wants one day to go back and become a pediatrician when she has "someone else's life and income." Haley says that Carrie has a great resume. Carrie's getting ready to leave and then Jamie comes in the house with muddy hands. Haley kinda laughs and asks when Carrie can start the job.

Haley is so adorable with Jamie. She calls him, "Sweetie" and "Baby".

By the way, when Jamie shows up with muddy hands, he says something like, "Look, Mama, me and daddy made mud pies."


5.02:
Quentin completely humiliates Haley on her first day of school. He's rude and vulgar, and eventually the other students even start to mimic Haley. She's so mortified that she leaves the classroom in tears. Later Principal Turner tells Haley that he is going to sit in on her class for a few days. Towards the end of the episode, on her second day, Haley starts to give a speech to the class, and Quentin gets up and tries to incite the others to leave the class. Haley threatens to fail all of them. Quentin leaves anyways, but the other scared students remain. Then Haley starts the voiceover which, of course, connects with the other scenes. Her speech is about making choices and how those choices shape our lives.

Peyton does take Nathan to rehab, but Nathan is very negative about everything, not seeming to want to make any progress and just generally feeling sorry for himself.

Remember how this episode is the soap box derby thing for Jamie? Well, before the race, Nathan is in his room looking at himself in the mirror. He's a mess...unshaven, unkempt hair. Haley thinks they're all going as soon as B/P get there. Nathan pitifully states that he's not going, and Haley's upset. Nathan doesn't want to go because he doesn't want others to see him the way he is. Haley reacts with an awesome line about how the race thing has nothing to do with him....it's about Jamie, who's going to be upset without his father there.

During Haley's voiceover, Nathan is sitting next to the pool (which has a basketball painted on the bottom), and he suddenly wheels himself in the pool. It's supposed to be some kind of epiphany for him. In fact, he takes his first steps in the water.

Throwback to 1.02....

Tric. Morning after race. Peyton tells Lucas that she was at the book signing and was so proud of him, but she was nervous because they hadn't seen each other in so long.She also assumed that he and Lindsey were a couple. (Lucas has been in this writing drought, remember?) Well, Peyton then asks him what he said way back when Lucas came back to the court after his disastrous debut with the Ravens. (1.02) Lucas quotes the line about how her art matters because it got him there. Peyton then says that he touched her soul with her words. Peyton says that when she read his book, his words saved her again after she was ready to give up. She thoughfully says that his "art matters" and that it got her here. Peyton reassures him by saying that he's not the guy who can't write his second book; he's the guy who wrote his first. Lucas is noticeably touched.

The book signing thing changed everything. I'm really convinced that's the only reason he doesn't hug her, and it's not related to the break-up at all.

I would like to see Lindsey leave with some dignity, but that seems almost impossible. She doesn't even blame Lucas for her neurotic behavior (her words not mine). She makes some reference to Peyton being the "single white female" referring to her paranoid behavior. She basically tells Peyton to stay away from Lucas, even though Peyton isn't even trying to get him back.

Did I explain to you all that LL have their first date after the book signing?

Lucas is looking at the poster of the signing and Lindsey asks him if he remembers when she gave that to him. Then she says something about how they had dinner after the signing and that was their first date. He is all broody about the poster, since obviously Peyton has just told him that she was there at the signing.

Btw, at some point Peyton has to meet Lindsey in 5.02 bc she says that she likes her in the LP scene. I guess they could talk at the derby race thing.

I'm trying to figure out when the flashback takes place in the episode. My guess is that it's after she sees Lindsey again. That triggers her memory. Of course we also know that Brooke meets Lindsey before Peyton does, so maybe Brooke says something about meeting Lindsey, Lucas's editor and girlfriend. I don't know, but you're right about the purpose of the flashback if they're gonna talk about it anyways.

In answer to a previosu question, yes, Peyton tells Lucas that she likes Lindsey.

Here's the order of the important LPL scenes from 5.02 that I know of for sure. I left out the parts with Lucas coaching.

5.08 isn't Lindsey's final episode. Lindsey is definitely in 5.09. At least from what I understand. The actress who portrays Lindsey has already filmed scenes for 5.09 on Friday and has more scenes in the episode slated to film.







Summary 5.10 sides
"Vincent" has Owen, Brooke, Vincent and Rachel. Rachel is back. And Vincent is there for her. Something is mentioned about Brooke firing Rachel. Rachel OD'ing. The scene takes place in Brooke's NYC loft/apartment.

"Administrator" is for Dan/Lucas/Nathan. Dan is up for parole and Lucas and Nathan are at the hearing. Somewhere in there Lucas says that he is getting married "next week" and Keith would have been his best man had Dan not killed him. There's also something about Peyton/Mia and a guy named John. I think John is supposed to be signing Mia, but Mia doesn't trust him, and she's mad at Peyton for selling her out or something.

Brooke/Owen are definitely together in this episode. Vincent appears to have some history with Rachel

Synopsis of the scene: Peyton and New!Guy are in L.A. in a dark living room. They're talking and having a drink. Some banter ensues. He calls Peyton "Goldilocks" and she mentions hating the name. He teases back, "Riiiight, I forgot."

The conversation abruptly changes topics and becomes more serious. Peyton mentions that she doesn't know, she does still miss Lucas, but things have been so much better without him. Nobody is forcing her to talk about her past, she doesn't have to tell her whole story every time they talk. She notes that she's babbling. New!guy pauses to put his hand on her knee... New!guy lets "Peyt" know that he knows where she's coming from, but she needs to look at things objectively. He goes on to say that Lucas was there for her comfort. She feels bound to Lucas right now, but she should know that neither of them are in this. New!guy mentions that he knows that he's (Lucas) her "boyfriend..." but she should take this time to explore what's out there. Let herself grow.

Peyton asks New!guy what that's supposed to mean. New!guy tells Peyton that he doesn't know. She just needs to stop thinking that Lucas is the one. He lets her know, this is L.A. She has to roll with the time and learn to move on. He tells her it seems like she only wants Brooke when Lucas isn't there for her and she only wants Lucas when she's fighting with Brooke. Peyton gets frustrated.

She comments that he needs to look at what happened last year. She asks if he thinks she can date another guy without the fear that she'll end up in a basement tied and alone! She hates this! Peyton starts to get teary-eyed etc. New!guy goes over to console her.

He tells her that maybe she should forget about relationships. Just let herself be free, it's the only way she'll be able to figure out what she really wants. He pauses. Then he tells her that he knows what he really wants.

There's a note that mentions the person auditioning needing to lean in to kiss Hilarie.

Peyton is jolted. Peyton asks him what the hell he thinks he's doing. He looks embarrassed, but genuinely sorry. He apologizes and mentions that he can't stand to see her like this. He tells her that she's beautiful and that she needs to learn that she can have anything and anyone she wants.

Peyton heads to the door. She tells him... Yeah, you'd like that wouldn't you. She can't believe that she... He moves towards Peyton and finishes her sentence... Has feelings for me? Peyton stops and does an about face. She mentions that... No! She has... He finishes her sentence... "A boyfriend?" She tells him it's not just that. It's, it's... This time, Peyton kisses him, surprising him.

Then there's something about... Cutscene... to New!Guy and Peyton kissing and turning to go in to the bedroom. Camera one zooming in to show New!guy closing the door with his foot.

I was just driving around downtown and it looked like they were starting to set up to film at c/b. I drove by there once and there were just no parking signs, then I drove by a while later and there were a lot of trucks and people outside.



Tonight they filmed what looked to be a NYC scene, it was filmed in the strip in front of c/b downtown. It was Daneel and Sophia in a taxi. There were a few taxis, a garbage truck, a few cars, a biker, people walking, and a horse drawn carriage. We couldn't really tell what was going on because they were in the taxi.

I got to meet Sophia, she was so nice. She had signed a bunch of stuff for other people and then the PA person was like, "ok, Sophia has to go now," and Sophia said "wait, I haven't taken pictures with these girls yet." So she took pictures with me and my 2 friends and then left. I didn't even realize that Daneel had been there and had walked by me and I had just kind of smiled at her until she started talking to the van driver, and I turned to my friend and started freaking out because I hadn't recognized her, I just recognized her voice. According to my friend Daneel was standing behind me laughing at my freakout and then she got in the van before I turned around again. She looked really different, her hair looked really layered and it was pretty dark. I wasn't able to get a picture since I didn't know it was her until it was too late.

yeah we drove around for a little bit this morning/afternoon before we headed home; we asked one of the Van drivers who was filming and what they were filming and apparently Paul was either directing or acting in a scene that was at one of the Episcopal Churches.

all the trailers were downtown and we saw Bethany, Sophia, Danneel, and Jackson all near there.

Bethany was at her trailer reading her script it looked like.

Jackson was running around w/ his mom close behind.

Danneel was actually shopping in a store we were in called 008 or something like that. But i'll be honest, I'm SO not a fan of her, so I didn't say anything to her or anything. Plus, she had no makeup on so I doubt she would have wanted to take a picture had we asked.

My sister and I just missed Sophia, we had walked up to the church where Paul was filming while my mom stayed in our car and Sophia walked by her and went to the Reel Cafe.

They were going to be filming at C/B after 5, but we left to come home around 4, so we weren't able to see any of that filming.

First off, I want to say thanks to everyone who has inquired about me and the show in the wake of the strike. As you may know, The WGA is indeed on strike and as a result, the writing of the show has stopped. We hope that the strike will be resolved in an amicable, reasonable, and expeditious fashion so that we can get back to writing great episodes of One Tree Hill, but until then, I want you all to know that we have 12 excellent episodes of the show completed – all the way through episode 100. As always, thanks for helping us get this far. It means more than you know. Now, that brings us to this…

When we hired Kevin Federline to play “Jason” in a few episodes of One Tree Hill, a press release went out. It was not generated by me. Not long afterward, I received a letter from a woman named Laura Thrall. She is the CEO of YWCA Metropolitan Chicago. She read in a tabloid that Jason would be fronting a band called “No Means Yes”. This was news to me, as we never named Jason’s band. As a result, it doesn’t appear on the show. At all. Ever. It’s not even a part of Jason’s storyline. It was simply an erroneous name that appeared in a press release about a fictional band that doesn’t exist. Following me so far? The letter that Ms. Thrall sent to me was subtly threatening in its language. But I took a look at her website and figured her heart was in the right place. She represents an organization that seems to do a lot of good work – and certainly that can be said of the YWCA on a national level. Now please understand, I get A LOT of letters when people are unhappy. I get letters from people that want to see Haley and Dan together. I got letters from the Philippines when Lucas got his tattoo in “some back alley in the Philippines.” I get letters from a guy who HATES my show and yet, always asks for autographs from the cast when he signs off. So when I received this one, threatening language and all, I dismissed it. Because I knew that while Ms. Thrall was misguided, her heart was in the right place. And that was the end of it. Until today.

Today I was informed that the Chicago Sun Times plans to run an article about how One Tree Hill supports sexual assault. Do you believe that? One Tree Hill! The show I’ve protected for five years now. The show that has taken pains to preach grace and kindness and nobility. Apparently, a woman named ESTHER CEPEDA has jumped on the bandwagon following this post under the ADVOCACY and ACTION tabs on the YWCA METROPOLITAN CHICAGO website:

“As part of the national YWCA A Week Without Violence campaign, and along with YWCA USA, YWCA Lake County, YWCA Metropolitan Chicago, and YWCA Greater Los Angeles, I strongly object to your network’s program One Tree Hill because of the irresponsible nod your show gives to rape. This summer, your network announced that Kevin Federline was to guest star in a few episodes as the front man of a band called ‘No Means Yes’.

In September, we politely petitioned you to change the band’s name and you were unresponsive to our request; we are asking again – change the name of the band on One Tree Hill because no never means yes!

This is the real context of ‘No Means Yes’ for young women in OTH’s target demographic:

- In a survey of more than 6,000 students at 32 colleges and universities across the country, it was found that 1 in 4 women had been victims of rape or attempted rape;

- 84% knew their attacker;

- 57% of the attacks happened on dates;

- only 5% reported their attack to police;

- 38% of the college women who reported having been raped were 14-16 years old at the time.

In the real world, what does it mean when ‘no means yes’? It means that someone has forced, coerced or manipulated an unwilling victim into sexual activity. The writers’ intent may have been humorously sleazy, but when someone believes and acts on ‘No Means Yes’ they have committed a sex crime – and Mark Schwahn’s hit show will wink at, condone, and spread that message to young people all over the country once it airs. It tells the rapist his act of violence is ok and it tells the victim of it that she has no right to say No.

We hope your network, and the producers of One Tree Hill, realizes that no never means yes and changes the name of the band to something that does not promote violence against women.”

There is so much that bothers me about all of this. Where were the letters of COMMENDATION when we did episodes on tolerance? When we did a benefit album and storyline to support Breast Cancer Awareness? When I named Brooke’s clothing line “Clothes Over Bro’s”? When we did episodes on teen kindness and teen suicide? When we explored themes of religion and faith, and when, as we’ve done in nearly EVERY episode of One Tree Hill, we preached acceptance, and honor, girls helping girls, and girls believing in themselves and their own self worth? This show garners very little press. It doesn’t deserve this. It deserves so much better. And when these people see our first episode of the new season, they are going to look really silly, because it’s an episode STEEPED with pro-girl and pro-kindness and pro-love themes and messages.

What happened along the way, that someone can read an erroneous blurb in a tabloid, dash off an aggressive and wrong-minded letter, and then the Chicago Sun Times swoops in, picks it up and runs with it? It’s disappointing. Because it calls into question all the good things that this organization probably does. It’s ignorant, and more than that, it smells selfish and malicious to me. And OK, the critics don’t like our show. But that doesn’t mean they can make up malicious LIES and print them as TRUTH.

To that end, the logic behind all of this is so flimsy and false. We haven’t even explored the idea that a band could be called “No Means Yes” and have NOTHING TO DO with sexual assault. I realize that when your life’s work is in regard to sexual assault, which is very worthy work, this might be your interpretation, but it certainly doesn’t make it a FACT. That being said, IF the band name DID exist on the show (which it DOESN’T) and IF it WAS a nod toward sexual assault, you know that a regular character would protest it and it would serve as a discussion point to basically reference the stats that the YWCA Metropolitan Chicago references above. But does anyone ask that question in advance? Does anyone give our show the benefit of the doubt? Apparently not these people and not in this day and age. Sad.

Finally, when you don’t receive a response from a show creator whose show has a fan base of roughly FOUR MILLION PEOPLE, to assume that it means that our network supports “rape and the perpetuation of rape culture” is really, really stupid. Maybe it means that Ms. Thrall made a hasty mistake and because there is NO MENTION OF A BAND NAME ON THE SHOW, we dismissed the letter as simply ignorant and reactionary.

So this is where I’m at. It’s Tuesday. Maybe the Sun Times will run their article on Thursday. There’s really nothing I can do about it. Sadly, this is the state of journalism today. If you subscribe to the Sun Times, you might want to look into that. If you donate money to the YWCA Metropolitan Chicago, that’s great. I’d still do it. But is it too much to ask them to take the above post off their web site? You might consider writing them an e-mail and asking them to do just that.

At the end of the day, none of this surprises me. Our show has always quietly been a show of grace and integrity. So that’s what I’m going to preach now. As I did when I initially read Ms. Thrall’s letter, I’m going to give her the benefit of the doubt. As I said, I think her heart was in the right place. The rest of it is a mess. Non-profits dashing off angry letters in reaction to tabloid press releases? Once-decent newspapers printing irresponsible articles under the guise of journalism? Politically correct whispers that make lies truth? Really?

If you feel strongly about this, you might want to send an e-mail, write a letter or make a call to the people below. (Ms. Thrall didn’t include an e-mail address in her letter. Apparently she only wants to tell, she doesn’t want to listen.) It might be nice for these people and organizations to hear from a fan base, a predominantly female one at that, how One Tree Hill has done a few good things over the last five years and doesn’t deserve this HATE disguised as pro-social concern. It’s not. And for that, someone owes me and you and One Tree Hill an apology. All good things…

Hi everyone,

It’s Wednesday. Since yesterday’s blog entry, I’ve been humbled by the outpouring of support from the best fans in the world. I appreciate it very much. To those of you who sent e-mails, letters or made phone calls on behalf of the show – THANK YOU. The parties responsible have heard you. LOUD and CLEAR. Mission accomplished. Now having said that… It’s OK to STOP. It’s time to STOP.

Sometimes reasonable people jump to irrational conclusions. Sometimes a person’s heart is in the right place, but their means are misguided. As far as I can tell, your letters in support of the show – especially the fair-minded and even tempered ones – proved very important to the powers that be. To the fans that wrote more aggressive e-mails or made personal attacks, that was a mistake. I appreciate your passion, but that’s how this whole thing started, right? With personal attacks and false innuendo. Please remember: Hate is never OK. Malice is never OK. But I think most of you know that. And it makes me very proud to know that YOU also know that this show has always valued the rights and welfare of human beings – especially those of women – and has taken great pains to be an honorable endeavor. As I said before, when the parties involved see the first episode, and I hope they will, they might understand why their accusations and hasty conclusions were so hurtful to me personally and to you and to the show we all love.

For now, let’s all STOP. The network has had discussions with the parties involved and I’m now told that the Sun Times article will not be published. As I mentioned above, I never intended for Ms. Cepeda to be disparaged personally. It’s not what we’re about. She was a reporter following a lead. I suppose if there’s a silver lining to all of this, it’s that the horror of rape and sexual assault has been discussed on message boards, and maybe beyond them. As the YWCA knows, it’s a very worthy topic (which is why we did an anti-date rape episode in season one), and if someone found a voice or the help they needed in relation to this arena, then this incident was worth it. Well worth it. At the end of the day, I’m proud of the shows we’ve aired, and the shows that are yet to air. Ultimately, those shows are the only voice we need. And that’s enough. That’s more than enough.

So again, thank you ALL for having my back and One Tree Hill’s back. I appreciate you, and your voice has once again been heard. Let’s stop now. And let’s use our passion and strength toward making the world a more positive and safer place. Because our power is vast, and we must use it for good, not ill. All good things…

In pratica, quando Mark ha scelto Kevin Federline per il ruolo di Jason una donna di nome Laura Thrall ha scritto una lettera a Mark dicendo che aveva letto che la band di Jason si sarebbe chiamata "No means Yes" (No significa Si).
Cosa che non è affatto vera.. infatti Mark non aveva mai pensato neppure minimamente a questo nome, non faceva neppure parte della storia di Jason.. è stato solo un nome tirato fuori da qualcuno..
Mark, però, non aveva creduto che la lettera della donna fosse una cosa così seria visto che riceve milioni di lettere al giorno da persone che chiedono cose assurde, tipo Haley e Dan insieme, oppure come un tizio che dice di odiare oth ma che chiede sempre autografi del cast..
per cui Mark non ha dato una grande importanza alla lettera..fino a quando il 13/11 ha scoperto che il Chicago Sun Times avrebbe scritto un articolo su come One tree hill sia a favore degli sfruttamenti sessuali!

Pare che una donna di nome Esther Cepeda abbia scritto su oth che lei, gentilmente, aveva chiesto in settembre di cambiare il nome della band perchè un NO non significa Si..
Hanno fatto delle statistiche, che dimostrano che:

su 6.000 studenti in 32 college e università una donna su 4 è stata vittima di abusi
84% di loro conosceva l'uomo che le aveva aggredite
57% delle aggressioni avviene quando hanno un appuntamento
solo il 5% riporta l'aggressione alla polizia
il 38% delle ragazze aggredite hanno subito abusi tra i 14 e i 16 anni.La donna dice su Oth:
Hanno commesso un crimine di tipo sessuale..lo show di mark spargerà il messaggio che aggredire è giusto e che la ragazza non ha il diritto di dire di no

Mark commenta questo dicendo che l'intera situazione lo disturba.. si domanda come mai non siano mai arrivate lettere di ringraziamenti quando hanno girato episodi sulla tolleranza.. The CW has not announced any official date for OTH's premiere. (and that is news as of today) I have emailed some efficient people there and they all have said the same thing. I also get the calendars and trust me, there is no OTH on any calendar ...yet. The network does update the calendars a lot (as we saw with last season's crazy scheduling), so maybe something will just randomly show up. When something is announced, we will know for sure.

Tree Hill” returns for season five with a special two-hour premiere on Tuesday, January 8
(8:00-10:00 p.m. ET). Subsequent episodes will take over the 9:00-10:00 p.m. ET
timeslot beginning Tuesday, January 15, following an encore presentation of “Crowned:
The Mother of All Pageants.” “Reaper” will return to the schedule with original episodes
later in the season.

The fifth season of “One Tree Hill” will be unprecedented in the annals of
television drama, as the show leaps forward four years. Season four ended as the young
characters graduated high school and season five begins, post-college, four years later.
Some of the characters have found success while others have failed. Some are the same,
some are very different. And while their storylines will actively move forward, the show
will also dip into the past, returning to incidents and events of the last four years,
sometimes for a moment or a scene, other times for an entire episode.
“One Tree Hill” was created by Mark Schwahn and is executive produced by
Schwahn, Mike Tollin, Brian Robbins and Joe Davola. “One Tree Hill” is a
Tollin/Robbins Production in association with Warner Bros.

LOS ANGELES (AP) ― Hollywood film and TV writers who've been on strike nearly two weeks will return to contract negotiations on Nov. 26, their union and producers said Friday.

In a joint statement, the Writers Guild of America, West, and the Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers said both sides had agreed to return to formal negotiations.

The statement said no other details would be released.

The writers went on strike Nov. 5.

At the core of the contract dispute is compensation for shows offered on the Internet - a medium that appeals to a number of tech-savvy, young assistants who aspire to create their own online programming and want a piece of the profits.

The producers group has said it's offering writers a share of licensing fees paid by Web sites to stream shows.

However, the union rejected the offer, saying the payments wouldn't begin until six weeks after a show goes online and viewer interest is nearly exhausted.

Writers also want a cut of revenue from non-skippable ads contained in many shows streamed free online. The alliance slammed the door on that demand.
