Mike gets agitated when he brings Susan to the ER after she fell and the orderly says it'll be hours before she can be checked because she's not an urgent case. As the hours pass, Mike gets extremely agitated and angry and even gets in a fight with the orderly. To Mike's extreme displeasure, he gets cuffed to a chair until Susan is ready to go home.
