While in consultation, she keeps talking about one of the doctors who must have a lot to worry about because she has worry and frown lines on her face. She even tells the doctor that it's making her (the doctor) look awful! Theresa, a mother, brings in her baby girl after she fell down the stairs while holding her. Things turn ugly when Theresa needs surgery. Her husband freaks out because he doesn't think he can raise the baby alone if Theresa doesn't make it.
