General Season 3 Spoilers (2005-06):
05/10 - Regarding plans for next year, Schwartz says, "Year three, for us, is going to be senior year, so obviously that's a huge event in these kids' lives, and for their parents as well. Beh, ma la sceneggiatura viene scritta comunque prima delle riprese e, probabile, mentre si sta ancora girando la serie precedente...
A proposito di terza serie, io un pò di tempo fa ho trovato quest'articolo:

FOX announced Tuesday (March 22) that it has ordered a third season of the series, which has given the network a Thursday-night toehold that it hasn't had for several years.
"We're pleased to give 'The O.C.' a very early pickup," FOX Entertainment president Gail Berman says. "The show has performed exceptionally well, achieving hit status on a highly competitive night and giving us a solid anchor on Thursdays."
The show is drawing just under 7 million viewers per week this season. That's down about 2 million people from its performance this time last season, when it aired in a somewhat less cutthroat time period on Wednesdays and had the benefit of an "American Idol" lead-in.
Compared to what FOX was doing in the 8 p.m. Thursday slot last year, though, "The O.C." is thriving. Its total-viewer number is more than 60 percent higher than what "Tru Calling" drew last season, and it's increased the time period by 72 percent among adults 18-49 and more than 100 percent among adults 18-34. FOX also says the show tops its timeslot among adults 18-34 and teenagers.
The show's cast and crew recently finished filming an episode in Miami called "The Return of the Nana," which features Linda Lavin reprising her role as Sandy Cohen's (Peter Gallagher) mother. The episode, which is scheduled to air April 28, also features Jaime King ("Pearl Harbor") and Bret Harrison ("Grounded for Life").

ON RYAN AND MARISSA:
"The troubled boy from Chino Ryan Atwood, will mourn the death of his even more messed up brother Trey Atwood, and will slowly overcome this throught the season. In the mist of his sadness, Ryan blames the death on his star crossed lover the beauitful Marissa Cooper, and that causes a painful breakup. Ryan and Marissa barely speak throughout the season. Ryan meets a new outsider from Chino (name not revealed) and quickly falls in love with her. The CHino girl manages to cause a rift between Ryan and the rest of Newport, including friends and family. Marissa Cooper, deals with Ryan and her seprations, and takes her anger out on her new family. Marissa and the returning drug dealer Jess from season 2 become friends as Marissa grows more depressed and angry, and Jess takes Marissa on a wild ride through her world. Marissa hurt and upset willr eturn to her season 1 ways. However, this time Ryan won't come to his aide."

Sandy and Kirsten: After rehab, they are happier than ever, and they can't wait to get their lives back together. Unfortunately that can't happen. When Carter comes back, Kirsten yet again falls into temptation.
Jimmy and Julie: "The Coopers are makin' a comeback! Whoda thunk it?" the famous words of James last season seem to guide them for the next one. THEY are happy, but the rest of Newport isn't.

Ecco i primi spoiler sulla prima puntata
Episode 3.01 (Season Premiere)
The opening scene takes place in an hospital emergency room as four EMTs wheel Trey in on a stretcher. The EMTs meet with a trauma doctor and one gives him an update on Trey's current status. Trey is being wheeled off with transluscent skin, blood all over his face and eyes shut.
Ryan, Marissa, Summer and Seth follow behind with Ryan banged up and bloodied with cuts on his face. Marissa is still in shock. As they push past, they are intercepted by scary, intimidating police officers. The officers say that they still have questions for them. Ryan tells them that he's just got to see if Trey's okay and Marissa (still shocked) asks "He's not going to die, right?" Seth and Summer share a look - their friends melting down.
A doctor runs past them and Ryan asks if Trey is going to be okay, the trauma doctor replies with "He'd be better if someone hadn't shot him." The doctor turns around and looks at Ryan's face. He asks Ryan what happened to him, Ryan is a little wobbly but shakes him off. The doctor asks someone to look at Ryan when Ryan's vision is blurred and the world is spinning. The cop says that the doctor could look at Ryan right after they are done talking to him. Marissa is being dragged off by a cop and he asks if she discharged the weapon. She tells him yes and Ryan yells at her not to say anything.
In Caleb's office at Newport Group, Julie and Jimmy sit with an accountant named Earl Wilshire. He is a bookish man with a mean streak. Julie asks why he can't read Caleb's will already and Earl says that it's a lot more difficult because there are a lot of different accounts. Julie becomes fustrated as she tries different tactics to get Earl to read the will. Jimmy tells Julie that the situation is getting pathetic and thanks Earl for his time. Earl says maybe he could get it done in a couple of weeks. Jimmy's cell phone rings and he checks it. He answers and has a converstaion in the background while Julie continues at Earl.
At the Cooper-Nichol mansion, Julie is offering lemonade to D.D.A. Caldwell as well as their high priced attorney, Andrew Esbenshade. She asks both of them if they want anymore and remarks that it's okay for a prosecuter and a defense attorney to have a lemonade together.
Marissa and Summer come out from the house and the attorneys rise. Caldwell introduces himself and Marissa asks where they should sit. Caldwell informs Marissa that Summer can't be present for her deposition because she might influence her own testimony. Marissa tells him that Summer knows what they know which is the truth. Caldwell asks Summer to wait inside.
Marissa says that she already told everybody everything and that she doesn't want to go through it all again by talking in front of strangers. Caldwell reminds Marissa that the depositon is blinding and her testimony in court cannot waiver from what she says here. Marissa replies, "I've already told the truth. What is the problem?"
In the hospital hallway at night, Julie yells for a doctor and stops to lean on a wall. It's too painful to go on. A nurse appears at the end of the hallway and sees Julie, she moves rapidly toward her. Julie yells that she needs drugs and the nurse tells her that she's not in the ER and needs to leave because she'll disturb the patients. Julie continues to demand for drugs as the nurse guides her to the opposite direction. Julie shakes the nurse off and introduces herself. Julie then tells the nurse that her late husband donated the wing they are standing in. Julie also tells her that he especially made sure nurses and orderlies were compensated for their hard work and that she would hate to see his passion fall by the wayside. The nurse gulps.

TRAUMA DOCTOR: And he's alive?
EMT #1: Not for long...
On the stretcher, we see, gasping with little breath left --
Trey. His skin is almost translucent. Blood all over his face. Eyes shut... And as Trey is wheeled off we see --
Ryan, Marissa, Summer and Seth try to follow in the background. Ryan is banged up... face cut and bloodied... Marissa is still in shock...
As they try to push past they're intercepted by uniformed police officers... scary... intimidating...
COP #1: We still have some more questions for you.
RYAN: I just gotta see if he's gonna be okay.
MARISSA: (still shocked) He's not gonna die, right?
Seth and Summer share a look -- their friends melting down. The doctor runs past --
RYAN: Excuse me. That's my brother. Is he gonna be okay?
TRAUMA DOCTOR: He'd be better if someone hadn't shot him.
Ryan starts moving, following the doctor --
RYAN: Wait -- please --
TRAUMA DOCTOR: He's lost a lot of blood so -- (turns, sees Ryan) Jesus. What the hell happened to you?
Ryan is a little wobbly - shakes off the doctor --
RYAN: Nothing. I'm fine --
TRAUMA DOCTOR: Can someone look at this kid?!
Ryan's vision is blurring, the world is swirling around him.
COP #1: You can look at him. Just as soon as we're done talking to him --
MARISSA: Ryan?
Ryan turns, sees Marissa getting dragged off by another cop.
COP #2: Did you discharge this weapon, miss?
MARISSA: Yes. I told you --
RYAN: Don't answer him! Don't say anything!
Ryan tries to make his way towards Marissa, but the floor is moving on him. He staggers -- Seth grabs him --
SETH: Woah. You okay?
Seth goes blurry... his vision warped and echoing --
SETH: (O.S.) Ry? You alright?
As Ryan re-focuses he sees Sandy entering. Panicked.

EXT. COOPER-NICHOL MANSION -- DAY
Julie is offering lemonade to D.D.A. Caldwell, as well as their own high priced attorney, Andrew Esbenshade, late 30s, and Jimmy...
JULIE: Now, Mr. Caldwell would you like some more lemonade? Mr. Esbenshade? (off their looks) Come on, it's okay for a Prosecutor and a Defense Attorney to have lemonade together. We're all human beings.
JIMMY: (under his breath) Not so sure about these guys.
Julie swats Jimmy, as Marissa and Summer come out from the house. Changed. The attorneys rise --
D.D.A. CALDWELL: Ms. Cooper? I'm the Deputy District Attorney, Chris Caldwell. I'll be conducting this deposition.
MARISSA: (nervous) Hi. Where do you want us to sit?
D.D.A. CALDWELL: Actually, Ms. Roberts can't be present for your deposition. We wouldn't want you influencing her testimony.
MARISSA: She knows what you know -- which is the truth -- which is what I've already told you people.
D.D.A. CALDWELL: Ms. Roberts, if you could please wait inside?
JULIE: We have HBO on demand, Summer. Every season of Sex and the City. Knock yourself out...
SUMMER: You'll be okay, Marissa. I'll be right inside.
MARISSA: I've already told everybody everything. I don't want to have to go through this again. Talk about all of it. In front of strangers.
ESBENSHADE: (leans in) Marissa, I need to remind you this deposition is binding, and your testimony in court can not waiver from what is said here --
MARISSA: I've already told the truth. What is the problem?
D.D.A. CALDWELL: The problem, Ms. Cooper, is we don't believe you.
On Marissa and Summer -- as it lands on them. They share a look. So do Jimmy and Julie -- Julie silencing Jimmy. As the tape recorder is put on the table.
D.D.A. CALDWELL: Now, Ms. Roberts, please wait inside. And Ms. Cooper, I need to swear you in --
Jimmy ushers Summer to the door. A last scared look between she and Marissa -- as the door closes... On Marissa -- alone, scared, and doesn't want to dredge up the awful past again...
JULIE: It's going to be okay, Marissa.
As Julie takes Marissa's hand...

INT. NEWPORT GROUP - CALEB'S OFFICE - DAY
Julie and Jimmy sit with an accountant, Earl Wilshire (40s). A bookish man with a mean streak. Papers everywhere.

Hopital doors fly open.
INT. HOSPITAL - EMERGENCY ROOM - NIGHT
Four EMTs wheel a stretcher in... The room pulses a bleak halogen blue... The trauma team runs to meet them...
EMT #1: Gun shot wound. Exited left clavicle. Punctured an artery.
TRAUMA DOCTOR: And he's alive?
EMT #1: Not for long...
On the stretcher, we see, gasping with little breath left --
Trey. His skin is almost translucent. Blood all over his face. Eyes shut... And as Trey is wheeled off we see --
Ryan, Marissa, Summer and Seth try to follow in the background. Ryan is banged up... face cut and bloodied... Marissa is still in shock...
As they try to push past they're intercepted by uniformed police officers... scary... intimidating...
COP #1: We still have some more questions for you.
RYAN: I just gotta see if he's gonna be okay.
MARISSA: (shell shocked) He's not gonna die, right?
Seth and Summer share a look -- their friend's melting down. The doctor runs past --
RYAN: Excuse me. That's my brother. Is he gonna be okay?
TRAUMA DOCTOR: He'd be better if someone hadn't shot him.
Ryan starts moving, following the doctor --
RYAN: Wait -- please --
TRAUMA DOCTOR: He's lost a lotta blood so -- (turns, sees Ryan) Jesus. What the hell happened to you?
Ryan is a little wobbly -- shakes off the doctor --
RYAN: Nothing. I'm fine --
TRAUMA DOCTOR: Can someone look at this kid?!
Ryan's vision is blurring, the world is swirling around him.
COP #1: You can look at him. Just as soon as we're done talking to him --
MARISSA: Ryan?
Ryan turns, sees Marissa getting dragged off by another cop.
COP #2: Did you discharge this weapon, miss?
MARISSA: Yes. I told you --
RYAN: Don't answer him! Don't say anything!
Ryan tries to make his way towards Marissa, but the floor is moving on him. He staggers -- Seth grabs him --
SETH: Woah. You okay?
Seth goes blurry... his vision warped and echoing --
SETH: (O.S.) Ry? You alright?
As Ryan re-focuses he sees Sandy entering. Panicked.

Sirens wail... police cherries spin... They look over to see a half dozen police cars screeching into the parking lot.
POLICE OFFICER'S VOICE: (over the loud speaker) Ryan Atwood. You are under arrest.
RYAN: I'm so sick of hearing that...
SETH: What do we do now?
MARISSA: Run!!
Smash cut to:
Ryan.
EXT. DOCKS -- NIGHT (N2)
Running as fast as he can. Up the dock. Headed for the police car. Head down... Police officers peel off -- racing after him... Gaining on him... On Ryan -- has never run so hard in his entire life...
Suddenly -- a pair of police cars screech in front of him. He's pinned in. A cop behind him grabs him -- slams him down on the hood of the police car, jerking his arms behind him.
COP #3: Ryan Atwood. You are under arrest for the attempted murder of Trey Atwood.
As his Miranda rights are read -- and cuffs are slapped on...
Seth, Marissa and Summer -- running up, breathless to see what's happened. Stopping in their tracks... as Ryan is shoved into the back of a police car...

SUMMER: Maybe we should start volunteering again. Good thing for charity.
SETH: Either way, feel free to wear the uniforms anytime.
SUMMER: (whacks Seth) Cohen, you're not even part of the plan. We're just letting you push the cart.

Trey lays in bed... looking a little better... a knock on the door.

And then he falls silent. As Marissa enters. And it's an intense moment for both of them. The first time she's seen him... and she can see the damage she's done. And the first time Trey has seen her...

TIGHT ON: A metal coffee thermos as it fills up... Emptying the pot.
REVEAL -- Sandy pouring it for the Deputy District Attorney Chris Caldwell, 30s. Clean cut. Alert. A little jumpy.
D.D.A. CALDWELL: Thanks a bunch, Sandy.
SANDY: If a pot and a half isn't enough to get you through the morning, I can make more.
D.D.A. CALDWELL: That'd be great.
Chris sips at his thermos. Non sense of humor detectable.
SANDY: Sorry about the mess... It's been a little hectic. Seth is on his way down.
D.D.A. CALDWELL: And Mr. Atwood?
SANDY: Getting dressed. He slept in. First time he's slept at all lately. What these kids have been through, with this hanging over them all summer. And now with school starting...
D.D.A. CALDWELL: Which is why the D.A. wants to get moving. We gotta lotta parents calling. They're pretty nervous, worked up. Especially since both kids involved have priors.
SANDY: I know Marissa had a shoplifting incident a couple years ago. Didn't think it was a felony.
D.D.A. CALDWELL: It's not Marissa we're talking about. (off Sandy's stunned look) I told ya, Sandy, D.A.'s under a lotta pressure to prosecute.
SANDY: Except there's nothing to prosecute. Ryan is innocent. And Marissa Cooper's protected under Defense of Others. Which may not be sexy for your boss --
D.D.A. CALDWELL: Or true.
SANDY: You got Ryan's confession at the scene. And hers.
D.D.A. CALDWELL: And the D.A. ain't buying it. Caleb Nichol's daughter blowing away ex-cons with a .45?
SANDY: She was saving Ryan's life.
D.D.A. CALDWELL: What was he doing over at Trey's in the first place? His brother tried to rape his girlfriend, Sandy. Which, if you're a human being, is gonna make you pretty pissed off.
SANDY: There are witnesses.
D.D.A. CALDWELL: Only people who saw the gun go off were Mr. Atwood, Ms. Cooper, and the other Mr. Atwood.
SANDY: You go after Ryan -- he's even brought in on these charges -- Social Services could take him away from us.
D.D.A. CALDWELL: Which explains Ms. Cooper's motivation to cover for him. Mr. Atwood's got a lot more to lose.
SANDY: Including this family. Who have loved him and raised him for two years.
D.D.A. CALDWELL: And if we go to trial, having your family around to speak on Mr. Atwood's behalf will go a long way to impress a jury. (beat, looks around the messy kitchen) Where is your wife anyway?
SANDY: (a beat, covering) Out of town.

INT. COHEN HOUSE - DINING ROOM -- MORNING
Ryan sits across from Caldwell. Sandy with him.
D.D.A. CALDWELL: Mr. Atwood. You swear to tell the truth and nothing but the truth, so help you God?
RYAN: I do.
Caldwell slides the tape recorder across the table at him.
D.D.A. CALDWELL: So you won't mind if I record this deposition?
And now we realize he's talking to Seth. And we will intercut during this Q&A between the two boys...
SETH: Sure. Record it. Release it on iTunes. Hope it's a big hit.
D.D.A. CALDWELL: Just answer the question.
BACK TO --
RYAN: I've already answered these questions. I have nothing new to say.
D.D.A. CALDWELL: Your previous statement came at the hospital -- it was traumatic, it's been a couple months, maybe you remember things differently now.
SETH: I remember everything exactly as I told you.
D.D.A. CALDWELL: Well, then you can tell me again...
TIME LAPSE DISSOLVE --
RYAN: I confronted Trey about what had happened... And that's when he pulled the gun on me...
SETH: ...we called Marissa to see if she could maybe stop Ryan --
RYAN: ...and that's when Marissa saved my life.
D.D.A. CALDWELL: You mean that's when Marissa shot Trey? You witnessed the shooting?
SETH: It was clear when we got there what had happened -- must've happened --
D.D.A. CALDWELL: Just answer the question. Did you witness the shooting?
RYAN: No. I did not. I didn't shoot him.
D.D.A. CALDWELL: Your fingerprints were on the gun?
RYAN: Because I put the safety back on, to make sure it didn't go off again. Everyone was... not thinking.
D.D.A. CALDWELL: One final question. What were you afraid was going to happen between Ryan and his brother? Why were you trying to stop him?
On Seth -- not answering... knows this is a trap...
D.D.A. CALDWELL: You went to Trey's that night to kill your brother, didn't you, Mr. Atwood?

Julie is offering lemonade to D.D.A. Caldwell, as well as their own high priced attorney, Andrew Esbenshade, late 30s, and Jimmy...
JULIE: Now, Mr. Caldwell would you like some more lemonade? Mr. Esbenshade? (off their looks) Come on, it's okay for a Prosecutor and a Defense Attorney to have lemonade together. We're all human beings.
JIMMY: (under his breath) Not so sure about these guys.
Julie swats Jimmy, as Marissa and Summer come out from the house. Changed. The attorneys rise --
D.D.A. CALDWELL: Ms. Cooper? I'm the Deputy District Attorney, Chris Caldwell. I'll be conducting this deposition.
MARISSA: (nervous) Hi. Where do you want us to sit?
D.D.A. CALDWELL: Actually, Ms. Roberts can't be present for your deposition. We wouldn't want you influencing her testimony.
MARISSA: She knows what you know -- which is the truth -- which is what I've already told you people.
D.D.A. CALDWELL: Ms. Roberts, if you could please wait inside?
JULIE: We have HBO on demand, Summer. Every season of Sex and the City. Knock yourself out...
SUMMER: You'll be okay, Marissa. I'll be right inside.
MARISSA: I've already told everybody everything. I don't want to have to go through this again. Talk about all of it. In front of strangers.
ESBENSHADE: (leans in) Marissa, I need to remind you this deposition is binding, and your testimony in court can not waiver from what is said here --
MARISSA: I've already told the truth. What is the problem?
D.D.A. CALDWELL: The problem, Ms. Cooper, is we don't believe you.
On Marissa and Summer -- as it lands on them. They share a look. So do Jimmy and Julie -- Julie silencing Jimmy. As the tape recorder is put on the table.
D.D.A. CALDWELL: Now, Ms. Roberts, please wait inside. And Ms. Cooper, I need to swear you in --
Jimmy ushers Summer to the door. A last scared look between she and Marissa -- as the door closes... On Marissa -- alone, scared, and doesn't want to dredge up the awful past again...
JULIE: It's going to be okay, Marissa.
As Julie takes Marissa's hand...

Ho tradotto ma ci sono pezzi e parole non molto giusti cmq si capisce un pò:
La scena di apertura avviene in una stanza di emergenza dell'ospedale Trey dentro su una barella. L'incontr di EMTs un medico e quello di trauma gli dà un aggiornamento su stato attuale di Trey. Trey sta facendo rotare fuori con pelle transluscent, anima dappertutto la sua faccia e gli occhi chiusi. Ryan, Marissa, l'estate e Seth seguono dietro con Ryan hanno battuto in su e bloodied con i tagli sulla sua faccia. Marissa è ancora dentro scossa. Mentre spingono oltre, sono intercettati dagli ufficiali di polizia spaventosi e d'intimidazioni. Gli ufficiali dicono che ancora hanno loro domande per. Ryan dice loro che sia convinto appena a vedere se l'approvazione e Marissa di Trey (ancora scossi) gli chiede "non sta andando morire, di destra?" Gli dice che sì e Ryan urli lei per non dire nulla. Nell'ufficio del Caleb al gruppo di Newport, Julie ed il jimmy si siedono con un ragioniere chiamato Earl Wilshire. È un uomo bookish con una striatura media. Julie chiede perchè non può leggere già la volontà del Caleb ed il earl dice che è molto più difficile perché ci sono clienti differenti molto. Julie diventa fustrated mentre prova le tattiche differenti per convincere il earl a leggere la volontà. jimmy dice a Julie che la situazione stia diventando patetica e ringrazia earl per il suo tempo. earl dice che forse potrebbe ottenerlo fatto in una coppia delle settimane. Gli anelli e lui del telefono delle cellule del jimmy la controlla. Risponde ed ha ad un converstaion nei precedenti mentre Julie continua earl. Al mansion del cooper-Nichol-Nichol, Julie sta offrendo la limonata a D.D.A. Caldwell così come il loro avvocato valutato alto, Andrew Esbenshade. Chiede gli entrambo se desidereranno più e rileva che è insieme giusto affinchè un prosecuter e un avvocato di difesa mangi una limonata. Marissa e summer vengono fuori dalla casa e gli avvocati aumentano. Caldwell si introduce e Marissa chiede dove dovrebbero sedersi. Caldwell informa Marissa che summer non può essere presente per il suo deposito perché potrebbe influenzare la sua propria testimonianza. Marissa gli dice che l'estate conosca che cosa conoscono quale è la verità. Caldwell chiede a summer per attendere all'interno. Marissa dice che già ha detto ognuno a tutto e che non desideri passare ancora attraverso esso tutto comunicando davanti gli sconosciuti. Caldwell ricorda a Marissa che il depositon sta accecando e la sua testimonianza in tribunale non può rinuncia da che cosa dice qui. Marissa risponde, "già ho detto alla verità. Che cosa è il problema?" Nel hallway dell'ospedale alla notte, Julie urla per un medico e smette di appoggiarsi a su una parete. È troppo penoso da accendere. Un'infermiera compare alla conclusione del hallway e vede Julie, lei si muove velocemente verso lei. Le urla di Julie che ha bisogno di droghe e l'infermiera gli dice che non sia in ER e deve andare perché disturberà i pazienti. Julie continua a richiedere per le droghe come l'infermiera la guida al senso opposto. Julie agita l'infermiera fuori e si introduce. Julie allora dice all'infermiera che il suo marito ritardato ha donato l'ala che stanno levandosi in piedi in. Julie inoltre gli dice che si sia assicurato particolarmente che le infermiere e le ordinanze sono state compensate il loro lavoro duro e che odierebbe vedere la sua caduta di passione dal wayside. I gulps dell'infermiera.

La scena si apre in una stanza d'ospedale dove si trova Trey disteso su un letto mentre Ryan, Marissa, Summer e Seth lo guardano. Loro parlano con il dottore sullo stato di Trey al momento il dottore gli risponde che ha perso molto sangue.
Ryan Marissa Summer e Seth escono dalla stanza, Ryan in faccia è pieno di graffi, infatti, il suo viso sta ancora sanguinando. Marissa è ancora sotto shock, la paura prende il sopravvento, quando gli agenti vogliono fare altre domande per saperne di più. Ryan tells them that he's just got to see if Trey's okay and Marissa (still shocked) asks "He's not going to die, right?" Seth and Summer share a look - their friends melting down ( Questa frase non si capisce molto, ma forse Ryan dice agli agenti che ha trovato trey disteso per terra quindi sta coprendo Marissa). Ryan chiede al dottore se Trey si salverà, il dottore gli risponde "starebbe bene se qualcuno non gli avesse sparato. Il dottore si volta e guarda la faccia di Ryan. Lui gli chiede quello che è successo, Ryan barcolla, ma non risponde, il dottore chiede a qualcuno di controllare Ryan. Ryan's vision is blurred and the world is spinning. The cop says that the doctor could look at Ryan right after they are done talking to him. Marissa is being dragged off by a cop and he asks if she discharged the weapon. She tells him yes and Ryan yells at her not to say anything. ( anche qui non si capisce molto)

Marissa e Summer uscite da casa, lei va dall'avvocato quello che aveva parlato con Julie in precedenza cioè Caldwell (quindi si vede che julie ha contattato gli avvocato per Marissa) lui fa sedere Marissa e lui dice a Summer che vorrebbe parlare con Marissa perchè la presenza di Summer potrebbe influenzare la testimonianza. Marissa gli dice che Summer sa quello che sa anche lei e cioè la verità. Caldwell chiede a Summer di aspettare fuori. Marissa dice che lei non vuole aprirsi di fronte ad un estraneo. Caldwell ricorda a Marissa che quello che sarà detto qui dovrà essere esposto alla corte in tribunale. Marissa risponde "Io ho già detto la verità. Qual’è il problema?".
(L’ultimo pezzo non ho capito niente, ma dice che Julie si trova in ospedale.) In the hospital hallway at night, Julie yells for a doctor and stops to lean on a wall. It's too painful to go on. A nurse appears at the end of the hallway and sees Julie, she moves rapidly toward her. Julie yells that she needs drugs and the nurse tells her that she's not in the ER and needs to leave because she'll disturb the patients.
Julie continues to demand for drugs as the nurse guides her to the opposite direction. Julie shakes the nurse off and introduces herself. Julie then tells the nurse that her late husband donated the wing they are standing in. Julie also tells her that he especially made sure nurses and orderlies were compensated for their hard work and that she would hate to see his passion fall by the wayside. The nurse gulps.

Episode 3.02
The first scene takes place in the student lounge. Taylor Townsend, a perky, cardigan-wearing, goody two-shoes, stands at a podium addressing the Social Commitee about her carnival plans.
Summer and Marissa are standing at the door and Summer comments that Taylor is stealing Marissa's meeting. Marissa remarks that Taylor has been fighting for the Social Chair ever since freshman year.
Marissa charges to the podium followed by Summer who tells Taylor that she's at Marissa's podium. Taylor apologizes and says that she went ahead with the meeting because she didnt think Marissa would make it. Marissa tells her that she's here now and Taylor says loudly that she assumed with everything Marissa's been through this summer...then she proceeds to make a subtle gun gesture with her hands. Marissa tells her that she's fine and Taylor suggests that she could take over if it's too much for her. Marissa asks her to move and Taylor leaves the podium.
Apparently Marissa has resigned her position as the Social Chair because the next scene is Taylor addressing the crowd again this time having a "moment of silence" for Marissa's work as the Social Chair. Taylor takes a bullsh*tty moment of silence while Summer looks around disgusted at the girls bowing their heads. Taylor says that she will assume Marissa's post as Social Chair. Summer, who can't take it anymore, raises her hand and asks Taylor if anyone else gets a chance to try out. Taylor asks disbelievingly if Summer wants to be Social Chair and Summer says maybe.
Taylor giggles a little bit and asks Summer about her experiences in which Summer has none. Taylor then asks who has been running the commitee the last few years and Summer answers Marissa Cooper. Taylor gains steam and proceeds to rag on Marissa, proclaiming all the negative things she did in the past year and how she had to pick up the slack while Marissa got all of the credit. Summer begins to back down when Taylor, in a psychotic rage asks if she knows what it's like to have all of the responsibilies and none of the power. Summer is taken aback and doesn't respond. Taylor turns back to her perky self and continues to talk about the carnival plans.

Summer e Marissa si trovano di fronte alla porta e Summer dice che Taylor non si merita il posto del comitato sociale, ma Marissa gli dice che Taylor da quando era una matricola che cerca di entrare in quel comitato.
Marissa è sul podio insieme a Summer che dice ha Taylor che lei sta occupando il posto di Marissa così Taylor si scusa immediatamente e dice che lei andrà avanti con la riunione che ha preparato perchè pensa che Marissa al posto suo l'avrebbe fatto. Taylor sa quello che è successo a Marissa con Trey, anzi ormai lo sa tutta la scuola e Taylor visto il comportamento di Summer verso di lei fa un gesto a Marissa e in pratica quello della pistola ( ripete la scena in cui Marissa spara a Trey) taylor gli consiglia di prendersi una pausa, ma Marissa gli dice che adesso sta bene. Marissa chiede a Taylor di lasciare il podio. ( In pratica da quì si capisce che Marissa si è dimessa dal comitato però trova questa specie nemica Taylor che si è candidata a preso il posto di Marissa).
Per adesso Marissa si è dimessa dal comitato, Taylor chiede alla folla che in quel momento si trova in una sala molto grande di fare silenzio per un momento, tutto questo per il lavoro che ha fatto Marissa per loro, intanto passa Summer guarda disgustata la folla e Taylor dice ufficialmente che lei prenderà il posto di Marissa. Summer che non ce la fa più ad ascoltare Taylor gli chiede che oltre a lei qualcun'altro dovrebbe avere una possibilità di diventare capo del comitato sociale così Summer si offre per diventare capo del comitato.
Taylor ride e chiede a Summer delle sue esperienze passate in questo comitato, ma lei non ha nessun’esperienza. Poi Taylor prendendola in giro gli fa una domanda chi c'è stata negli ultimi anni come capo del comitato? Summer gli risponde Marissa Cooper. Taylor si mette a dire tutte le cose negative che Marissa e Summer hanno fatto l'anno scorso, Summer comiciare a lasciarla perdere, quando taylor si fa prdendere da l'ira come una psicopatica dicendo a Summer che lei sa cosa vuol dire avere responsabilità. Summer non risponde, Taylor si riprende e continua a parlare dei piani di carnevale.

Credo anche io che sia troppo presto per avere degli spoiler attendinbili....io cmq quest'estate la passo con lo studio a San Diego....E visto che ci sono farò anceh una capatina ad Orange Country per vedere che aria tira(o meglio vedere che posto è).............e magari sulla tv americana diranno qualcosa....a presto belli....ciao ciao......

solo per dire 1) drugs vuol dire anche medicine, quindi... 2) non è detto che gli spoiler con tanto di copione non siano attendibili, anzi la maggior parte delle volte lo sono (mi ricordo la scena del test del dna di lindsay, l'avevo letta con mesi di anticipo, anche se in origine era un test HIV di marissa, ma i dialoghi erano identici)

Chris Caldwell was asked to dig around and take more depositions from Ryan, Seth and Marissa amongst others. Will either Marissa or Ryan pay the price? Or will both be prosecuted? Kirsten is still at the rehab center. Julie is mad because Caleb’s accountant says it will take months before the will can be read. Summer, Sandy and Jimmy also appear.

Summer charges in with Marissa behind her.
SUMMER: Taylor? I think you're at Marissa's podium.
Taylor turns. Marissa gives her a little "I'm here" wave.
TAYLOR: Marissa. I'm sorry. I went ahead and guessed you wouldn't be making it today.
MARISSA: Well, I'm right here.
TAYLOR: (loudly) I just assumed with everything you've been through this summer. You know...
She makes a gun gesture with her hands, as if she's being subtle.
MARISSA: Thanks. But I'm fine.
TAYLOR: You are so strong. But listen, if it gets to be too much? Just holler. I can take over, since I pretty much did the whole thing last year.
MARISSA: Uh huh. Great. Can you move your things off the podium now?
TAYLOR: Absolutely. Be gone in a jiff.
Taylor goes back to the podium, leaving Marissa and Summer.
SUMMER: Forget what I said. I'm joining Social Committee.
MARISSA: You are?
SUMMER: Look, Taylor Townsend might be class president and editor of the yearbook? But she's not getting her paws on your Social Chair. I won't let her.
MARISSA: What about the willies?

xò è sempre trpp presto.....secondo me si può dire ancora pokisssimo....e forse niente...........
tra l'altro lo stesso josh schwartz ha sempre cambiato la trama anche all'ultimo momento e questi spoilers fanno troppe previsioni a lungo termine

Everybody stands up to see that Dean Hess has entered. Early 30s, preppy, a dickish lacrosse-playing type.
DEAN HESS: Jack Hess, nice to meet you.
SANDY: I'm Sandy Cohen. This is Julie Cooper-Nichol.
The Dean shakes their hands.
JULIE: (embarrassed) I don't think you're a hall cop.
SANDY: We're both just anxious to talk to you about our kids.
DEAN HESS: Thanks, but it won't be necessary. I read their files. Talked to the arresting officers. I know what I'm dealing with.
SANDY: Well, you never really know what you're dealing with until you talk to a kid. (beat) I was a P.D. in the juvenile system, so I've worked with my fair share of kids in trouble.
DEAN HESS: So have I, Mr. Cohen. Got a masters in education and taught six years at boarding schools back east. I like to think I know what I'm doing.
SANDY: Hope so. Our kids very much want to go to college. You kick them out, they got no shot.
DEAN HESS: I'm not here to make everyone happy, Mr. Cohen. I'm here to do my job. I'll let you know my answer by this evening.
He turns and walks out. Off Sandy, knows Ryan and Marissa are pretty screwed...
EXT. ALBERGHI SCUOLA - L'ATRIO--GIORNO (D1)
Marissa ed estate camminano e parlano in giù la sala. Marissa porta la sua polizza enorme.

ESTATE: Lei sa come io sento sulle attività scuola-patrocinate. Loro mi danno il willies.

INT. HARBOR SCHOOL - HALLWAY -- DAY (D2)
Ryan and Marissa are sitting outside the Dean's office. Marissa's nervous.
MARISSA: You really think this is gonna work?
RYAN: We have to at least try.
The door opens. Dean Hess comes out.
DEAN HESS: Well, you must be Ryan and Marissa. Nice to finally meet Harbor's most notorious couple.
They share a glance and go inside...
INT. HARBOR SCHOOL - DEAN HESS' OFFICE -- DAY (D2)
Dean Hess perches on the edge of his desk. Marissa and Ryan sit.
MARISSA: Thanks for meeting with us.
DEAN HESS: Nervous, Miss Cooper?
MARISSA: I guess so.
DEAN HESS: Well, your future's on the line. It's understandable.
RYAN: Look, we just want to tell you our version of what happened --
DEAN HESS: This doesn't concern you, Ryan. As far as I know, you're still enrolled at Harbor, despite my best efforts. So I say we focus on Marissa.
Ryan looks at Marissa, wonders if she's okay.
MARISSA: (to Ryan) It's okay.
DEAN HESS: So. Miss Cooper. Tell me why I'm wrong about you.
Marissa's thrown by this passive-aggressive move.
MARISSA: Um... I'm not --
DEAN HESS: Because that's what this is about, right? I've got you all wrong.
MARISSA: I don't know. I just know... I've never been involved in anything like this before.
DEAN HESS: Really? I gotta disagree with you.
MARISSA: What are you talking about?
Dean gets up. Looks out the window.
DEAN HESS: You know I'm new to Newport. Moved here just a few weeks ago from the East Coast. So far? Not bad. Weather's great. And you know what else I like about this place? People talk. They love to talk. Especially about you.
MARISSA: You can't buy into the gossip in this town.
DEAN HESS: All right. You tell me, then. Shoplifting. Alcohol abuse. An overdose in Tijuana. Stop me if any of this is just "gossip."
RYAN: Those things have nothing to do with what happened with Trey.
MARISSA: Ryan, I can handle this. (to the Dean) Okay, I did those things. But the shooting was different.
DEAN HESS: It's never different. A troubled kid gets a hold of a gun, the ending's always the same.
MARISSA: I'm not troubled. I did what I had to do.
DEAN HESS: (heated) You almost killed another kid and I don't even hear remorse in your voice.
MARISSA: (quiet, emotionless) Because I don't have any. I'm proud of what I did and I'd do it again. So next time you're out talking with people in this town? Tell them I said that.
RYAN: Marissa --
But she's out the door. The Dean looks at Ryan and smiles.
DEAN HESS: Hope she takes a good, long look on her way out. Because she's never setting foot in this school again.

Preside Hess: Grazie, ma non sarà necessario. Ho letto le loro schede. Parlato con l’addetto agli arresti. So con chi ho a che fare
Sandy: Bè, non potrà mai sapere con chi ha a che fare finchè non parlerà con uno dei ragazzi. Ero un P.D. nel settore giovanile, perciò ho lavorato con molti ragazzi disagiati.
Preside Hess: Anch’io, Signor Cohen. Ho preso una laurea in educazione e insegnato sei anni in un collegio dell’est. Mi piace pensare che so cosa sto facendo.
Sandy: Lo spero. I nostri ragazzi vogliono davvero andare al college. Se li espelle non avranno alcuna possibilità
Preside Hess: Non sono qui per accontentare tutti, Signor Cohen. Sono qui per fare il mio lavoro. Le farò sapere la mia risposta entro questa sera.

Preside Hess: Bene, voi dovete essere Ryan e Marissa. Lieto di conoscere la coppia più famosa della Harbor, finalmente.

Marissa: Grazie per averci ricevuti
Preside Hess: Nervosa, signorina Cooper?
Marissa: Suppongo di si.
Preside Hess: Be’, il suo futuro è in pericolo. E’ comprensibile.
Ryan: Guardi, noi vogliamo solo raccontarle la nostra versione dei fatti –
Preside Hess: Questo non riguarda te, Ryan. Per quanto ne so, sei ancora iscritto alla Harbor, nonostante i miei migliori sforzi. Così dico che dobbiamo soffermarci su Marissa
Ryan guarda Marissa, domandandole se per lei va bene
Marissa: (a Ryan) Va bene.
Preside Hess: Bene. Signorina Cooper. Mi dica cosa c’è che non va in lei.

Ryan: Queste cose non hanno niente a che fare con ciò che è successo con Trey
Marissa: Ryan, posso controllare tutto questo. (al preside) Okay, ho fatto queste cose. Ma lo sparo è stato diverso.
Preside Hess: Non è mai diverso. Un ragazzo problematico prende possesso di una pistola, la fine è sempre la stessa.
Marissa: Non sono una ragazza problematica. Ho fatto quello che dovevo fare
Preside Hess: (scaldandosi) Hai quasi ucciso un altro ragazzo e non sento alcun rimorso nella tua voce
Marissa: (in modo calmo) Perché non ne ho. Sono orgogliosa di quello che ho fatto e lo rifarei ancora. La prossima volta che andrà a sparlare con le persone di questa città gli dica che ho detto questo.

Ma lei è già uscita. Il preside guarda Ryan e sorride.
Preside Hess: Spero che darà una bella, lunga occhiata a tutto quello che ha intorno sulla strada del ritorno. Perché non metterà mai più piede in questa scuola.

Per The Hollywood Reporter, Jeri Ryan will do a 7-episode guest starring arc as Charlotte Morgan, a mysterious woman Kirsten encouters while in rehab.
Josh Schwartz: "As Trey clings to life, Julie Cooper will stop at nothing to keep Marissa from blame. And Kirsten (aka Kiki) meets a mysterious woman in rehab."
I hear Kirsten will still be in rehab and Trey will be in a coma after getting a bullet put in him by Marissa. The kids will be dealing with the cops, while Julie'll be more concerned about Caleb's will so she can get some cashola.

Jimmy meets a man named Don at the Yatch Club's bar. He and Don talk about Jimmy's money problems. Julie and Sandy have a meeting with the Dean and Dr. Kim. Later, Ryan and Marissa have a meeting with the Dean to talk about their future (or lack of) at Harbor. Sandy drives to the house of Charlotte, one of the ladies who was in rehab with Kirsten. There he meets Kirsten, who seems to have decided to live there for a while
Summer and Marissa are in the student lounge at school where a fellow student, Taylor, talks about her project for the school's carnival… thing is it'’s Marissa's meeting not Taylor's. Taylor has been fighting over Social Chair with Marissa since they were freshmen. Will Marissa remain as Social Chair?

Taylor ha lottato con Marissa per diventare capo del Comitato Sociale fin da quando erano matricole. Marissa rimarrà a capo del Comitato?

Due nuovi volti nella terza stagione! C'è incertezza sulla data di partenza della terza stagione (c'è chi parla del 29 agosto e chi dell'8 settembre...) ma sicuro è invece l'arrivo di due nuovi volti a Orange County: Eric Mabius e Jeri Ryan .
Eric Mabius è conosciuto per aver partecipato ad Eyes della ABC, a The L Word e al film Cruel Intentions. Il suo personaggio farà parte del personale della scuola e entrerà in conflitto con Ryan, Seth, Summer e Marissa .
Jeri Ryan, già vista in Boston Public e'Star Trek: Voyager, avrà il ruolo ricorrente di Charlotte, una nuova amica di Kirsten (in che modo si incontreranno non lo sveliamo per non rovinare la sospresa!).

Questi spoiler cn i dialoghi m sembrano mlt attendibili....mentre quello ke era sull' altro sito nn lo ritengo mlt attendibile xkè stravolge troppo le cose!Dalla prima alla seconda stagione i cambiamenti c sn stati ma nn mlt e soprattutto nn mlt drastici!Poi fin quando si parla d anticipazioni dei primi due episodi c può anke sare,ma quando sn anticipazioni d ttt la terza stagione credo ke siano sl CAZZATE!

The scene begins with a women named Charlotte who opens the door and finds a friendly realtor. The realtor tells Charlotte that the family who owns the place are returning sooner than expected. Charlotte tells her that she has a deal to keep the place for two more weeks and the realtor says that would be true if her check cleared. Charlotte says she;ll get another check and exits.
In Charlotte's bedroom, she throws stuff into her overnight bag and pulls out Kirsten's Chrismakkah photo and shoves it in her bag. The realtor aks Charlotte if she'll head back East while Charlotte starts to climb out of the window and says that she thought she'd spend more time at the beach.

At the Newport Union hallway, Marissa is having a confrontation with a tough girl named Heather. Casey greets them and tells Heather that it's cool that she's welcoming a new student and says that she'll take over from here. Heather backs down and walks off with her cohorts following her. Marissa thanks Casey and says that she doesn't know why Heather's got it in for her. Casey suggests that it's her bag and says that this is more of a knock-off place. Casey welcomes her to Neport Union.
At Newport Union, Marissa sees a guy named Brett, a young Brad-Pitt, edgy, with an air of coolness and assurance. He looks up at Marissa and smiles, she smiles back.
Brett looks past Marissa at Casey who runs up and kisses him. She is followed by Spaz, think Anthony Michael Eall from "Sixteen Candles." Casey spots Marissa.
Casey greets Marissa and says that she survived the first day. Marissa tells her that she kind of did. Spaz realizes that Marissa is the new girls and starts to hit on her. Casey tells him that Marissa already has a boyfriend in which Marissa confirms. Spaz says that it's not a problem and that they could all be friends.
Casey tells Marissa that they're all going to get something to eat and asks her to join them. Marissa is hesitant and tells them that she's waiting for a ride. Casey and Brett convince her some and she obliges. Spaz starts to nod his head rhythmically and Brett tells him to try and be cool.
